  1. Stolen from the LOL thread: https://twitter.com/McJesse/status/1465495580415643648?s=20
  2. I tried it as well, but it kept automatically playing YouTube vids that I didn’t click on. I’m sure there’s a setting to change, but it was not a good time during a meeting. Embarrassing. Back to tapa.
  3. This and it accomplished what the group wanted. It was a near perfect decision to perform on the roof. No crowds. Limited bullshit. Rocket ship.

  5. Anyone hear the conversation between pretend Orson Wells and Ringo at the beginning of ep 2? Someone knocked someone up and the other wouldn't mind doing the same. Can't parse it out but thought you guys would enjoy it.
  6. Ugh with the chopsticks. When I was dating my husband he thought he was impressive when he used them. I thought it was fucking stupid.
  7. I mean, in English it means....dudes. Or gum. No idea. There was a location in Waco...
  8. It looks like Northpark in Dallas to me. Edit: Could be Ridgmar in Ft. Worth. It depends on which parent I was shuttled to that week in the mid 80's.
  9. Nah, that quiet fucker Dingo broke 'em up.
  10. Huffines is a true believer and off of the charts crazy.
  11. I should add that I knew I needed help and sought out a therapist. For years, I told doctors I was anxious, nervous, unable to cope and was given low dose Xanex, multiple anti-depressants..none of it worked for me. My blood pressure was not normal and they put me on drugs for that. I sought out a psychiatrist in Dallas hoping that would bring relief. Nope. He just prescribed Buspar and sent me on my way. The therapist I found in Austin offered a free consultation to see if she could be of help. The only words I could come up with to describe what was going on were, "I can't stop beating myself up." I'll never forget it. It was the only thing I could muster, but was the crux of the problem. I didn't want to be there, but knew I needed to be. We talked and she asked me a few things about childhood, but we were able to hone in on some exercises that worked for me. For me, being aware of the mechanics of what was going on and strategies to address these issues were key. It took about 6 sessions before I could look at her and say, "I think I am okay." That was 4 years ago. I still think that I'm okay. I might need her again. That's okay, too.
  12. As long as he released the rest of the footage for us, that would be fine.
  13. Look into cognitive behavioral therapy. Writing it down helped as well, I’m sure. Meditation and mentally slowing down my thoughts helps me to not get stuck. It’s not easy, but it is doable and you are okay. Involving a professional was a huge help for me.
  14. I thought it was DP at first, but paused it and the bottle I saw said Coke. I’d never seen a coke bottle like that. Not saying DP wasn’t there as well, but it did strike me as strange enough to hit pause.
  15. I like this one. A little character near the pickup switch. Cool. https://www.guitarcenter.com/Used/Gibson/2019-Les-Paul-Tribute-Solid-Body-Electric-Guitar-117363355.gc
  16. Bought a used 1960's Les Paul Tribute honey burst thanks to the advice of this board a few years ago. Solid instrument. $700 used. You might look in that direction. I'm looking for a used Epiphone Riviera in burgundy for my husband. Christmas gift. He doesn't like new instruments, which would normally be a win for me. This is a tough one. I'm trying to keep it under $600. Any help is appreciated.
  17. Oh, shit, now I realize that it was "challenge accepted." Funny shit.
  18. On to Part 3 and Heather McCartney's little face when Yoko starts ....whatever the fuck that was...squealing, made me spit out my coffee. Brilliant.
