  1. Caldwell isn’t playing. So call plays that might work. You can Hope all you want but Caldwell won’t be playing
  2. I’m wanting us to call plays that have a chance of working when we are 5 yards from the end zone. Who’s talking about the whole game?
  3. Because I want to win today. I don’t care about some sort of teaching. The goal is to win this game. Why that concept eludes you is baffling.
  4. Which play is more likely the work? The one that he has shown he can’t execute or the one he has executed in games this year? For fucks sake this is just not that hard. Arch can fucking suck all he wants but that doesn’t mean we should continue to do the things he sucks the worst at. Try to win not try to run the Sark style offense. Even GDGD understood the very simple concept of call plays for your players not your system.
  5. Or we should try to win the game and run the plays that have chances to work
  6. That involved turning his back to the field and dropping straight back. Seriously why are you pretending you don’t understand this very simple concept.
  7. There are. Ours can’t. So why run it? Seriously are you fucking retarded?
  8. Do you trust him more with a single read and run option or an 8 yard drop play action. It’s not an all or nothing. Put players in positions to make plays.
  9. It’s 5 fucking yards. Roll him out and tell him to run if the first option isn’t there. This isn’t that hard. Im not desperate for shit. I’ve said he’s bad many times. That doesn’t mean we should just force him to do things he isn’t cut out to do. There are things he can do, we don’t do them. The fact you’re pretending he can’t execute a rollout and tuck it and run is ridiculous. Hes literally done that exact thing this year for touchdowns.
  10. A qb rollout that gives arch a run and pass option. The same thing i and others have said multiple times. This really ain’t that hard
  11. Great play call by OU lol
  12. Who said anything about holding or handing off? Do you know what a waggle is?
  13. Then you’re being intentionally moronic
  14. He can run and he can move the pocket. He can also fall forward. Is your contention that arch can’t run for 5 yards in a relatively open field
  15. Cool. I’d rather try to win than do things we know he’s bad at.
  16. This isn’t that hard.
  17. He’s 6’4” 220lbs and can run. A waggle is pretty fucking effective at the goal line whether he’s good or not.
  18. Not consistently. Look at his carries by game.
  19. Then call a call that plays to his strengths. The goal is to win not run your playbook
  20. He asked a QB who we know sucks at seeing the field to run a play action straight drop back from the 5 yard line and deliver a throw on time. You know your QB is bad at that, why run it?
  21. It’s going to fix our ability to score in the red zone
  22. Should have been a TD, still don’t like that playcall. I’d much rather let the dual threat QB have a run pass option than an 8 yard PA drop from the 5.
  23. Call something that moves the fucking pocket sark. Fuck
