  1. It does but the big difference is that he’s much cleaner with his drop footwork and it’s allowing him to move through the pocket much more effectively than he has. He’s always had the off platform stuff, but he hasn’t had the ability to command the pocket or leave when need be. His improved footwork is doing a lot to help the oline look better imo.
  2. Rewatched a bunch of the game this morning. Quinn’s feet and his athleticism look so much different than the last two seasons. Night and day.
  3. Not quite SA, but drove out to Garner today. Stopped at Dziuks on the way back. First time for me getting the Parisa. If you haven’t tried it before you gotta get out there.
  4. I bet if Declan Rice hadn’t kicked the ball away he wouldn’t have received a card. Pretty simple solution.
  5. Yup. No reason to try a throw there
  6. Rice gets kicked because he kicks the ball away. Him making a scene there likely didn’t help him at all. He brought attention to a yellow card offense that he committed. It’s dumb and it was the right call. And both should be yellows.
  7. It’s what you’re arguing. Your argument boils down to “they shouldn’t enforce the law on this play against Rice because they don’t always enforce it”. I get it. It sucks. But you’re arguing for ignoring the rules.
  8. Do I think it sucks that Rice was sent off? Yes. Do I think it’s ridiculous to call this a farce and claim the officials decided the game. Yes. Again, your argument is ignore the rules because refs are inconsistent. It’s fine to be mad, it’s dumb to act as though this is some insane act against Arsenal. Remember when the officials literally took a goal away from LFC? Let’s reserve the histrionics for when it’s warranted
  9. So you’re argument is that since referees are bad and inconsistent, we should just stop having rules at all? The rules for a soccer player receiving a yellow card are as follows: IF a player delays-restart OR (dissents-by-word OR dissents-by-action) OR ((enters OR re-enters OR leaves) AND NOT(had-permission)) OR ((corner-kick OR free-kick OR throw-in) AND fails-respect-distance) OR commits-persistence-offences THEN the player should receive a yellow card. Thats the case for Rice receiving a card. It’s clear cut dude.
  10. Stop. It’s a textbook yellow by the law. It probably didn’t help that Rice drew attention to it by rolling around trying to get the Brighton player sent off. Declan rice decided the game. Be smarter when you’re on a yellow. This really isn’t even controversial. Like a said, criticize the inconsistency, but that call was 100% correct.
  11. You can complain about the consistency, Pedro should have been carded in the first half, but Rice absolutely deserved a yellow there. You can’t kick the ball away from someone taking a free kick. Not sure what he expected to happen.
  12. Maybe he shouldn’t be such a pussy about random internet comments.
  13. Trent seems so dangerous and seems to be a little more free to run in behind.
  14. None of those positions are positions of democrats lol. Someone who thinks them would certainly not be a party member. What are you talking about?
  15. It might look cleaner but it makes for much worse sightlines. There’s not a bad seat in the main stand at Disch currently.
  16. When he actually makes contact. He looked like shit the other night. Clueless in his approach.
  17. Good. I do not want to see the main stand layout of disch change. I hate the modern parks that move seats backwards from the field rather than up.
