  1. Our roof wasn't metal, so in the 60s-70s-80s, the TV antenna in the attic worked like a charm.
  2. The 70s are still with us when I see that! Lulz.
  3. Where's the immortal pic of the osu brunette chick smoking the cigar at? Lulz.
  4. This is because they hate Texas and want to change the colors--playing the long-game. They keep trying to nudge this wrong-think into accepting black. Their starting point was hating Texas to begin with, think we're all wrong/crazy/insane/evil for having burnt-orange and white school colors to begin with, don't care what Texas fans think, and will keep hammering away with changing the school colors to what they want long after we're all dead. FUCK THEM CARPETBAGGERS TRYING TO CHANGE THE UNIVERSITY'S SCHOOL COLORS!
  5. You forgot the, "We choose Irrelevance over losing to TEXAS!" Nebraska Bugeaters. Lulz.
  6. This. There are other examples, starting with the obligatory: all SEC schools (except The University) now wants vandy as a "permanent rival". Lulz.

  8. I bet several other SEC schools will whine like the little Cunts they are, again, that they have more than 3 "special" rivalry games each year that, "they can’t live without," as expected. Lulz.
  9. Article on this news that also mentions Ross: https://www.cbssports.com/college-football/news/sec-moves-closer-to-adopting-nine-game-conference-slate-as-cfp-metrics-shift-emphasis-on-schedule-strength/
  10. Why not growl like a Nausicaan or a Gorn? Lulz.
  11. I was at that game, too. My Dad and I weren't very happy about that game, neither, but we'd both come to expect shitty experiences when playing Cougar High.
  12. Agree, even though "The Wonderful World of Disney" show on NBC was really the only thing halfway entertaining to watch on Sunday nights in the 70s, and I visited Disneyland in '84. Space Mountain/whatever-haunted-holograms rides were the most memorable, the "It's a small world after all!" ride was the Torture-machine--nightmares. Lulz.
  13. If Sark runs the Akers' 1-2-3-Punt predictable non-offense on the opening series, I'll be pissed. For the young-uns on the board, this was Texas Coach Fred Akers' offense: 1st Down: Badly-blocked Run into the center of the line -- stuffed/TFL 2nd Down: Repeat of the Badly-blocked Run into the center of the line -- stuffed/TFL 3rd Down: QB does a 7-step drop to setup to pass, gets sacked/crunched by a jailbreak defensive blitz 4th Down: Punt If you saw it for years from the stands in Memorial Stadium like I did, you'd never forget it, too.
  14. MOAR "....shoulds starts" threads incoming! Lulz.
  15. It's Parker Lewis, but close enough. Lulz.
  16. Depends on whether the guy's still being passed to when his hands are broken or not, al a Worthy.
