  1. That was awesome. On several occaisaions it just felt like it was the Mariners' day. Getting out of loaded bases with no outs was insane. Sneaking feeling Toronto is still going to win the series but really glad the Mariners and that fanbase got one at home. Would have been really sad to go 0-3 at home in such a highly anticipated series. That Suarez grand slam is going to be legend, doubly so if they win the pennant.
  2. I don't think he gets meaningful game snaps at all unless there's further injuries or there's specific plays to utilize him in the passing game. Otherwise, I thikn they're just looking for another depth option to take some empty calorie carries so Wisner isn't burnt out for Georgia and A&M.
  3. Yep. Even pre-RRS he was a career sub-60% passer against P5 competition with a tendency to throw INTs. In hindsight, what played out in Dallas was pretty predictable and I'm not sure the OU offense would fare much better if we ran it back.
  4. Yeah, for me it's the evaluation piece with Flood, specifically on the interior. I'm not sure if he's a bad coach/teacher. He got Christian Jones, Jake Majors, Hayden Connor, and Cam Williams all drafted. Each of those guys had their flaws in college (and it would be fair to say Flood never fully rectified them), but none of those guys were the home run prospects that Kelvin Banks was and he got them drafted/on NFL rosters. Can't take that away. But the only evaluation of his there is Cam Williams, and he's OT all the way. Campbell, who I assume will be a late round flyer, was similar to Banks in that he was a 5 star that could have gone anywhere, so I don't think he gets too much credit on that. Beyond that, what we've seen of Flood's evals on the interior has mostly been bad. Hutson, Stroh, Neto (who we haven't really seen that much of, but he's ether worse than those two or Flood can't see that he's better), etc. From a roster management standpoint we're also very thin at OT, one injury away from having a really bad time. Even if he is a functional teacher of the position in practice he is clearly a failure when it comes to evaluating talent and managing the OL roster.
  5. lmao I did straight up forget Blue. He had some memorable ones too. Got me there.
  6. I hope the staff doesn't rush him back. Eight weeks to be safe.
  7. Our last back with a fumble issue before Gibson was who? Keaontay Ingram? You know that was 5+ years ago right? Every program finds a back that catches fumblitis now and then.
  8. Clark is functionally a true freshman coming off an achilles tear but okay.
  9. What is your understanding of the redshirt rule?
  10. Any yardage after contact is pretty good if you didn't play in any of the games.
  11. I'm a fan of bodies in the RB room the way things have gone the past couple years. But this is only relavent if there's another injury squeeze at the RB position down the stretch.
  12. This is a pretty nice OZ snap across the board. Big gainer if Livingstone doesn't get rocked by the safety but like the effort to get over. Brooks probably needs to help Goosby there a bit more (tough ask for the OT to reach a 3 tech) rather than working all the way over to the other DT but it'll come with time. And he's so big he sort of prevented the penetration from actually going anywhere lol.
  13. Derek Williams has played in every game so he can't redshirt. And he very much has line of sight to expanded playing time when Taffe and potentially McDonald are gone next year, and he (hopefully) has a healthy offseason.
  14. We need our interior OL to be doing that during the actual play and not tempting the ref to throw a flag for a personal foul. But go off my meatheaded king.
