This is going to go over like a lead balloon, but about seven weeks ago I watched Ketch as he outlined this entire strategy. It's not just for Texas, it's for every Blueblood. I'm glad to see Texas isn't being left behind, though. At least for the next 2-3 years, Texas will pay out the wazoo for established players in the portal and then take 80 chances on other players, hoping 25% of them pan out each year, paying a lot to those who do and wishing the best for those who don't.
I was back in Austin this weekend, caught up with some old friends, watched the Texas game with a great group of rowdy folks, visited Jester King and Meanwhile, had some tasty dim sum at 1618, smashed a plate of migas at Cisco's and just generally acted dumb.
In short a perfect weekend. I'll watch my cholesterol tomorrow.
Ohio State currently has eight three stars committed. Alabama has nine. Georgia has eight. We have seven.
We have three five stars committed. Ohio State has one. Georgia has two. Alabama has four.
I think Mamdani went to Trump and told him that we could rename a 15-block stretch of Fifth Avenue "Trump Blvd." and had Trump eating out of the palm of his hand after that.
I just read this paragraph in the Houston Chronicle. We are too stupid to live.
"As Texas-born mini-chain Trump Burger expanded, it made headlines for its unabashed pro-Trump branding and walls covered in merchandise celebrating the president.
Now, none of its four locations are going by the name Trump Burger.
The Bellville outpost has become President Burger. The one in Flatonia bears signage reading MAGA Burger. The Kemah spot rebranded first as MAGA Burger USA, and then as Freedom Burgers & Beer Garden. The central Houston restaurant closed; it now appears to be in the process of reopening as Empire Pizza.
The Houston Chronicle confirmed all of these name changes by visiting the stores in person this week."
One would think that claiming that the U.S. isn't an English-speaking country anymore while speaking (checks notes) English would strike these morons as moronic but they are too moronic to understand the irony.
Geezus, what a fucking little baby. "Do you know what the word 'doxxed' is? D-o-x-x-e-d." "Everybody in Los Angeles hates me."
Maybe if Isaiah Hodgson didn't want to be doxxed he shouldn't be chasing women into restrooms with a gun in his hand. Just a thought.
I'd like to hear what Dwight has to say about it. It could be that he was blindsided and, at this very moment, he's pointing at RFJ Jr. and saying "look at this fucking asshole, showing up at one of my gigs ..."
