  1. he will declare the loss “fake” and the election “rigged,” and will stay in power illegitimately, with the support of 100% of Republicans. and nothing will happen.
  2. i want that
  3. nothing would happen.
  4. that sounds delicious. but ultimately, i think no matter what kind, or how many fancy kinds of cheeses you use to compose your grilled cheese, you really need at least one slice of American (I like white better than yellow but both work) or other chez - the kind with a z - like the stuff that has a label that says "cheese flavored food product" - strictly for the high goo/melty factor that cheddar and other real cheeses lack.
  5. are you ... sure about that? that doesn't sound right, at all.
  6. I suppose if you include hatred of anyone else not like them in the second or fourth categories, or maybe some of both, this is about right. Of course, anyone self identifying as, voting for, or supporting Republicans - at this juncture - is a huge POS, and these are simply the reasons why. The reasons do not change the bottom line conclusion. I would not have agreed with the foregoing 10 years ago at all, or even 5. But today it’s absolutely true. They all have the same information available to them, and the same ability to reject hatred, racism, corruption, gross incompetence, and the destruction of democracy and American values and institutions that the rest of us do, and they willingly choose not to. Where and why they fit into those four categories isn’t really that important to me, as no one who openly embraces the GOP (and/or would consider voting for or supporting Trump right now) - and those are the same thing - at this point needs to be completely written off IMO.
  7. yeah, its not pastrami, rather the shaved roast beef. i did get a couple bites of the classic Chicago dog too and that was great and definitely authentic.
  8. i stopped in at the Chi Town trailer a couple weeks ago on the way home from the lake and had the Italian beed (dipped, sweet and hot). it was tasty. i'm not an expert on legit Chicago Italian beef sandwiches so can't speak to authenticity, but i thought it was pretty damn good.
  9. deviled chicken thighs with grilled asparagus with butter and lemon, and cold couscous salad. prob not my best pics, but really tasty.
  10. DO SOMETHING Twitter!
  11. Think of how stupid the average American is. Now think of how much more stupid that the average Trump supporter is than that person. Now think of someone who is way, way more stupid than that. You’re still not approaching Texashammer level stupid at that point.
  12. that’s alway been amazing to me. i mean, that seems about as safe for your health as shitting on a public toilet. as in, why not just sign up for AIDS level not very safe.
  13. Republicans - the politicians and the folks on the streets - are constantly trying to explain what Trump “really meant” with whatever hateful, racist, bigoted, or straight up moronic thing he just said. What Trump “really meant” was exactly what he said. More Republicans just need to come out and admit that they agree with the racism and hatred, and love it. Of course, making those kinds of admissions gets difficult for folks who are fundamentally dishonest.
  14. It’s a huge plus for Republicans.
  15. i hate to break this to you, but, Diamond & Silk are the best and the brightest that today's Republican Party has to offer this country
  16. It won’t matter if Trump loses by 15 million actual votes. Or loses the electoral college. He will be in the White House in the weeks and months following the election claiming victory, and will have the full and unconditional support of 100% of Republicans, who will all call his loss “bogus” and “fake.” And no one will do a thing about it. Everyone will be standing around wringing their hands a year later trying to figure out “whats the right way to go about this.”
  17. Guys, we should totally listen to OnBoard, Zavala, EASwam, and Slorch about what Democratic candidates need to offer and run on, because those guys aren’t completely and fundamentally dishonest or anything, and look - there is a real chance that they would consider voting for someone other than Trump, especially if the Dems would just listen to their advice.
  18. its a typo - should read .0045%
  19. Not shown in picture: a beaming Johnny Sack wearing a “World’s Greatest Dad” t-shirt
  20. exactly. its why his support among Republicans has gone up since this latest set of racist statements. “You mean we can say this stuff in public now? This is fucking great! Trump is incredible, look what he’s doing for us - destroying PC and totally owning the libs with open and obvious hatred and racism!” - Republicans
  21. this is our concern, dude.
  22. that sounds exactly like .... hmmm lets see .... every single Republican on the face of the planet. what else is new?
  23. But he can with his base plus voter suppression, vote rigging, and foreign interference - which currently has the active encouragement of the Republicans - and none of which will be remedied prior to the election. The idea that the Democrats are going to get a message out and have voters just show up at the ballot box and vote this guy out of office in an honest and legitimate election strikes me as painfully naive. Republicans have proven beyond any measure of doubt that they are dishonest to the core and should rightfully be considered a complete and utter, collective fraud. They are not going to allow power to be handed over. They already support a racist, hate-filled traitor, a compulsive liar, an admitted felon, a serial sexual predator who is grossly unfit to lead by any objective measure, with near unanimity within their party and among their voters. What makes anyone think Republicans are not going to keep stooping lower and lower beyond the point of complete unlawfulness, while shrugging it off like they do with everything else; that they are going to engage in any legitimate process that would allow them to lose power?
  24. He should have been dragged from the building that day and then immediately removed from office by force as the traitor that he is.
