  1. i don't get the little pooch kick. gives Rice the ball at the 40. they weren't fooled.
  2. Texas State saved by a flag. or that would have been 4 straight 3 and outs. upon review, good call.
  3. you gotta tell us what the MOB does for halftime. bet they've cooked up something especially inappropriate.
  4. that's a TD. because of my wife, i must cheer for Rice. too bad JT Daniels isn't healthy. glad there's some good attendance at this otherwise pointless bowl game. (then again, 90% of them are pointless, but this one especially)
  5. just rewound the Elliot no goal. Salah got shoved into an offside position by #5 for Burnley. jesus. just a one arm shove. that's why he was offside. fuck that.
  6. i stopped watching the NBA because the officiating is pure garbage and/or it's rigged. soccer is slowly creeping towards that territory. not there yet. may never get there. but shit like this doesn't help.
  7. If by ruining sports you mean giving access to all Premier League games and early round coverage of the US Open, Ryder Cup, and other big golf tourneys for $5 a month, then sure. As well as some quality TV shows like Poker Face, Killing It, and Girls5eva. Oh, and complete libraries of old NBC shows and old school wrestling weekly shows from the territory days. Again, all for $5 a month. This is the best deal for a streaming service on tv. Plus, you better get used to it. They have an NFL playoff game and will do so into the future.
  8. purity balls are not to be confused with Schweddy Balls.
  9. 2009 Fiesta Bowl was pretty much the same thing. i paid a scalper $20 for a good seat about an hour before kickoff and still felt like i overpaid. but it was worth it.
  10. They’re just openly asking for violence.
  11. in the last few weeks, i've listened to way more pf Monty/DJ filling in for the Musers than i have listened to Donnie/McClarin and the Sweet Spot combined since they took over in August. 10-3 is an absolute tune out. this new incarnation of WiP could be a daily show.
  12. My teams have been knocking down some doors lately. It all started with 2022: UT women's volleyball national title in 2022 Texas Rangers World Series in 2023 UT football Big 12 title in 2023 UT women's volleyball national title in 2023 Let the good times continue in New Orleans in a couple of weeks.
  13. i love that we got contributions in spots ladies like Bergmark and Singletary. total team effort. Cook comes off like Coach K and his "we do it the right way" attitude. who made him the arbiter of how you're supposed to win. don't want 1 and dones or to use the portal? that's your prerogative. but don't be condescending to those who choose to do that (which is completely within the rules) and act like you're too good for that. it just reeks of snobbery (as well as hypocrisy).
  14. Hopper is another carpetbagger (he was born in Kansas City and went to college at Ohio U) who cosplays as a real Texan. https://hopper4texas.com/about-andy/ "Andy lives on a small farm in Decatur, TX with his wife, Amanda, and their three sons. The family left suburban life in Denton in 2010 to pursue their dream of living in the country. They had a rough start while trying to figure out how to corral Limousin cattle, but eventually got the hang of the farming thing." "Andy joined the Texas State Guard in 2014 as a way to serve Texas. He is currently a Chief Warrant Officer assigned to T6 in the TXSG HQ in Camp Mabry in Austin. Andy uses his background as a software engineer to develop recruiting, retention, and readiness management software currently in use by the Texas State Guard, and is in the process of being deployed to the Texas Army and Air National Guard." "Andy graduated from the University of North Texas in 2000 with a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and a minor in History. He has taught as an adjunct professor at UNT and holds a US patent." (doesn't mention undergrad degree from Ohio) "The Hopper family attends Rise Church in Decatur, Texas. As non-denominational Christians, they believe that the Bible is inerrant and God-breathed. The family’s homeschool curriculum is founded on God and His creation." "The Hopper children were enrolled in Denton ISD until 2009 and Decatur ISD until 2012 when the family began to explore other schooling options. Their oldest son, Grant, graduated their homeschool in 2018 and is now a Mechanical Engineering major at Texas Tech University. Their middle son, Sam, graduated in 2021 and is currently working full time as a video producer. Their youngest son, Ian, is now a senior in high school and does all the digital art/media for Wise County Conservatives." "Andy and Amanda met in high school chemistry class. They married when they were twenty-years-old, on the same day that Andy graduated with his BS in Computer Science. Andy skipped the graduation since Hillary Clinton was the key-note speaker."
  15. That smug grin by Harper Murray at the end is what gets me. Just got embarrassed on national tv and they’re acting like they’re still the standard bearer.
  16. Makes me think Alabama is gonna roll Michigan in the Rose Bowl. Michigan folks are pissed that FSU didn’t get in because they don’t want any part of Bama. Just like Cook didn’t want to see us. After we rolled through Tree and Wisky, I think he knew his youngsters were no match for us.
  17. Here’s the clip. I really hate Nebraska volleyball. All of these people thought this match was a foregone conclusion. And they had to stay and watch their team get dominated. I hope that Harper Murray never wins a national title.
  18. anybody with a brain knew that catching Philly didn't mean shit. we weren't running the table. Detroit and Miami will probably both beat Dallas.
  19. i love that Nebraska's cocky fans have to sit through this. we're the fucking volleyball school.
  20. yesssssssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how fitting. Asjia ace.
