depressing stat: The city of Houston since the beginning of November, despite playing in all 3 major sports leagues at the time, is 0-8 (more losses if you count UT)
The best part is ATL is going to blow themselves over this but will soon realize they haven't won anything in sports since 25 years ago. I cant wait for them to collapse, honestly
I grew up in Atlanta but born in Houston. My AIM name (yeah im old) was ChipperStros. Fuck Atlanta sports. I want a 3-0 lead by Atlanta just for them to collapse. It would fit the city well
I've said this in this very thread actually. No disrespect to Charles, Foreman, Gray, Young, etc but he looks like a better Benson out there IMO. He just has a way to break tackles that I haven't seen since Ricky (although a different way from him).
Honestly these types of games/plays blow my mind. It has been a while but, for me personally, I feel we have a once in a generational talent at RB. A type of RB like Ricky or Charles or even Cedric Benson if you will. Bijan is special.
I'd disagree but that's my opinion. We were one game away last year in 2020 from a WS appearance. that was fucking impressive. This year, I honestly see us at least making it as far as last year. I like KoolAid though and Ive been drinking
As of right this moment, we should be ranked in the top 25 purely because our resume is better than Clemson's at this point. Hell, I'd argue our 3 blowout wins are better than a 10-7 victory against CO. We have scored more in the past 2 games than aggy has scored all season. I really don't care if we are ranked or not though. If we beat TCU and OU, we will probably shoot up to top 15 anyway. Rankings before week 5 are stupid anyway.
This is technically true. We could run the table and would be a playoff team. Will this team actually do that? I very much doubt that but I would love to be proven wrong
It has been going down since Garrett Gilbert fumbled the ball in the MNC with 3:02 left in the game down by 3. Ever since then, there has been very little to cheer
Man I started seriously watching college football during the 2004 VY era. I got spoiled very early on. The Charlie Strong-Kansas loss to me hurt worse than this. However, this one was up there with the 2010 UCLA game. I finally thought this was the coach to get us where we need to be. He still could be but this loss is embarrassing. This is not a comparison AT ALL but Saban did lose to LA-Monroe at home in his first season at Alabama. Sark isn't Saban but even the best coach of all time lost to a terrible team his first year. This loss to me is at least on par with the Louisiana Monroe loss that Bama had.
my favorite part of all of this is them saying there is a "gentleman's agreement" where the conference wont add another school from the state. Aggy then realized this didnt apply when a ton of money was up for grabs. The 14-0 vote directly contradicts so many of these idiots
