  2. From Santa Monica… FIGHT!!!!
  3. Got remote play to work. It’s actually better than expected. Can get games in on iPad and using PS5 controller. I still suck no matter what format but it’s nice to keep up with my dynasty league while traveling.
  4. Forgot to mention….one of the people we are meeting (outside the six Longhorn fans) is a UM alumn and buddy of one of our party members. He told the group he had passes for something…I’m sure it will be all blue…I may escape…
  5. Thanks for the thoughts. Not yet on tailgate. A couple of the guys have their girlfriends/wives in tow and I haven’t met them yet…which is why I haven’t booked any restaurants etc…we will for sure be discussing the tailgate this weekend. We will need a spot to hang out certainly after the game…and very likely before.
  6. I appreciate all the great thoughts here. I’m traveling with a group of 6. Mainly a group of carnivores. And for sure want to hit a local spot…no chains. What’s my best bet for Friday night without reservations? I’ll review the previous posts/thread. But if I never make it back to Detroit….where is the must go or two? TIA!

  8. Thanks, I’m going to give it a shot next week. My passing game has been horrendous…like 6-7 INTs a game. Played a cool dude last night who said I should change my settings to: User options Passing type: placement & accuracy Passing slowdown: off Pass lead increase: small Reticle speed: 16 It appears to be easier to hit receivers now. Anyone use different settings they find even easier?
  9. Any of y'all ever done remote play (PS5)? I joined a dynasty league and I’m traveling next week. Am I crazy to think I can play a game on my iPad while out of town? Latency an issue likely?
  10. 3 2 1 Still have about 30min for that BBQ to bake.
  11. Do yall use a water pan cooking 3 2 1 ribs? I plan on spritzing with some apple juice.
  12. lol…as expected I love a good shit talking for entertainment…its when some have their music cranked up to 11 and are yapping over it and I can’t tell WTH they are saying.
  13. This is the most shit talking game I’ve played. These kids dgaf and talk so much shit it’s entertainment. I am still trying to figure a quick way to mute some of the outrageous ones.
  14. Hey…just saw your message when I was online at PlayStation.com. I’ll see if I can see you online tomorrow! Sorry I missed it a few weeks ago…I’m an old and catching up! Would be cool to get a Surly tournament in game.
  15. Yeah, the fees are nuts. I paid ~$750 a ticket further in the end zone a couple weeks ago. Fees took a 500 ticket to 750.
  16. Looks awesome. What are your coals/fire in? It looks contained to right under the rotisserie.
  17. Got a Flame Boss for the BGE and it worked great in a pork rib test run last weekend. I really like charcoal chicken and a few other things but I’m having an issue with the coals being a bit far down when I’m doing direct grilling, especially if I want a sear at first. Any tricks for raising the coals without having to add a ton of charcoal? Maybe I miss my little Smokey Joe is used at tailgates.
  18. Having similar issues here. Thought is was lack of water as irrigation and grass are 4+ months new…but irrigation team said it’s something else.
  19. Thanks…thought this was it….found it.
  20. Any off y’all have any thoughts on what could be happening to my grass? This was laid down a few months ago and started of nice as I was watering a few times a day (small area) and then I noticed these patches. I had the irrigation guy come look and he said it’s not the coverage of water…it’s something else…you can see green on the inside in places. It’s a common Bermuda grass. Is it pests or some type of rot? Appreciate any thoughts.
