Not going to come on and thread shit so this will be it. I don't like it. I liked the Pena and family scenes. Couldn't take yellowstone anymore and made it through about 3 episodes of this.
  2. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would because I was with my 11 and 9 year old sons in the theater, eating way too much popcorn, and drinking big sodas. We don't do that enough. I feel bad that I almost tried to convice the 9 year old, who was the one who wanted to go, that we shouldn't based on the reviews. Lesson learned. Just take the kids to see what they want to see and roll with it.
  3. This was a 2020 post. Helo, you posted something on the same page. This is some of that "San Antonio food in Southtown"
  4. Got into a little argument with my wife last night. Apperently there is a call for women to go to the courthouse on Wednesday? She said she was going to change her work schedule to go. We both enjoyed some beverages while we watched the Texas game. but..... I asked her why now? Yes, I threw out lots of race, and Olmos Park stuff. Nancy Grace and her love of white victims might have been mentioned....
  5. Today was fun. But I'm not sure I've seen anything since that convinces me it wouldn't still be a tight game.
  6. This guy.... "I’ve lived in SA over a decade and I have never heard of Parisa"
  7. I'm nauseusly optomistic. But also on edge, and this song always suits this kind of moment.
  8. Stopped at The Center of The Universe on the way home. Let's do this!
  9. Teacher inservice tomorrow. I think I'm just going to go for a half day. So what am I supposed to do tomorrow afternoon? Something about birds? And Chilis Wednesday? I need instructions.
  10. Voted Wednesday. It was Red Ribbon Week at School, and Wednesday just happened to be "Wear Red" Day. I kept turning in all directions so people could see my shirt was a William Jewell Swimming shirt.
  11. I'm a fan of the 3 schools I attended. The US Naval Academy, The University of Texas, and UTSA. My story is my own, I own it, and I fully support these 3 institutions.
  12. But I'm still not sure about this Wilcox .... very aggresive. I'll buy him/her a beer next time I can 😀
  13. What? No. Something is getting lost in the context. I get why they were upset and threw things. I might have thrown something at the house. I'm just getting caught up on all this. All I'm saying is that if someone is issuing a penalty, just own it and move on. Really didn't mean to come off against our fans.
  14. Shit man. .. I get why they were pissed. I'm just saying pay it and move on. Wilcox doesn't know shit about me ".... ... .... .. ...."
  15. So totally wild.... just crazy wild... I mean accountability is just wild...
  16. It was a bad look. Pay, fix it, and move on
  17. I was trying to think of a long run on sentence response, but I have nothing. I guess I'll leave him alone. Other than the fact that he looked scared and indecisive and wouldn't step up in the pocket and when he decided to throw it was low and in the ground or way outside or he just decided not to throw it at all or some other decision that maybe wasn't entirely his fault but at the end of the day reflected poorly on him espcecially in the last 6 minutes of game that could have been competitive but ended up 30 -15.
  18. This is what I noticed most
  19. He drove off for a couple of hours. I'm guessing somwhere between Olmos Park and Boerne. 281 to 46 to Boerne
  20. You sound soft.... : )
  21. Just watched it this morning. I really enjoyed it. I was just down in the RGV for water polo yesterday. I always get this really odd emotion when I'm down there. I'm from SA, but I always feel like I'm missing out, or missed out on something that could have been part of "me" by not having any connection to the area. Hard to explain.
  22. We don't get out very much. Last real date night was to check out Psychedelic Furs at Aztec. But after the show, my wife and I just sat on a wall near the old Landing and listened to Jazz, talked to people, and had drinks. Such a great evening and something I told myself we would do more often.
