15 yards.  you get the ball at the 25.  originally they said the penalty was 10 yards but I think they corrected it to 15 yards.  based on what happened.  I'm good.

Yeah. It was the kind of call where if Herman made it in a big game the year after winning a national title we'd all say "MAN can you believe the nuts on that guy?" but he doesn't have our trust, yet

  2. Not rooting for any injuries, but I would be lying if I said I didn't at least a LITTLE bit like the fact that every Georgia guy that gets dinged up might make all the other guys around him think "man I don't really want to be playing in this game, this ain't the playoff".

Onside kicks are pretty low percentage

Fowler said 20% during the Rose Bowl. I don't know if that's accurate or not but presumably he has stat nerds in his ear telling him stuff to make him sound smart. That means we gambled on a one in five chance on something we didn't need.

INT by Locke, so no harm done, but I still don't like wasting 20 yds of field position.

I know that play is designed for Ehlinger but LJH has a guy wide open in the end zone if he had thrown it there.

he really can't do that, as you say it's a single option design and if he decides to freelance and throws an interception (if it bounces off the guy in the end zone's hands because he's not expecting it), that would be really, really, really, really suboptimal

  5. 13-0, if we cannot punch in a TD here and must settle for the FG, is not nearly good enough with the opportunities we've had so far. That is the kind of lead that melts away when the other team wakes the fuck up and starts playing. We need to be three scores up.

They are extremely excited about UGA playing Texas.

Last year, they were terrified of getting matched up against Texas.

they don't want to risk losing to Texas themselves. But they want to be able to claim some kind of "extra" win when we lose. Ergo, conference pride.

Toughest schedule Texas A&M football has ever played, at least on paper heading into a season,

In 2008, you fucking idiots played two teams in your own division that finished in the Top 5 in the AP (combined MOV over you, 78 points), lost to the third national title contender from said division (Tech finished 11th nationally), and lost by 28 to the 4th place team. You also played Miami FL OOC. 2004 had Utah, Pitt, and Va Tech all on the OOC and Nebraska from the North along with Texas and OU.
