  1. Abbott is such a spineless bitch. Terrible excuse for a leader. I hope the state remembers this in 2022. There's the reason this worthless bitch can't walk
  2. Fucking Abbott knows he's not going to back up a city/county once these idiot republican business owners refuse to follow and get threatened with arrest
  3. Wow they actually threw the line "you must not offend" into an extremely offensive advertisement. Talk about a slap in the face
  4. It's insane how well this works and how easy it is once you get adjusted to it. I didn't even have to give up my wife's homemade corn and flour tortillas.
  5. In fact, while we're at it, let's abolish all advertising 100 percent. The world will be a better place
  6. Any and all branding based on humans should just be abolished. No need for it. Get rid of it all
  7. Actually it's not. I've lost 44 lbs since January by doing nothing more than not eating breakfast and all my calories are consumed between 1-8 pm at least 6 days a week. And it's serious fat loss. Have had to buy new pants and a new belt. Now under 200 lbs for the first time in forever. Breakfast is bullshit. You don't need it at all. Just water
  8. Not hard to understand. Here's a greedy asshole who put his money above the lives of everyone else. This is who the republicans pander towards. They keep the rich getting richer while sacrificing the lives of everyone else. The rich love it, the rest should be violently revolting but are too stupid/lazy/weak of will to do anything.
  9. Another update on the death rate increase in Texas on June 9 there were 1621 official Covid deaths and 5552 pneumonia as the primary cause deaths for the year. 8 days later June 17 the numbers jumped to 1825 official covid deaths and 6001 pneumonia. So a 204 jump officially and 449 unofficially in basically a week. With the reporting lag being approx 4 weeks we're getting early to mid May numbers most likely. I shudder to think what these do once they hit Abbott's Memorial Day Massacre.
  10. Abbott needs to be publicly painted as a murderer plain and simple. His actions to keep kneeling to Donald Trump instead of doing what he was told and knew was the right thing to do, knowing the deaths of thousands of Texans would most likely occur, constitutes intentional killings IMO. No better than the actions of Stalin, Mussolini, etc led to the deaths of thousands of their people. He knowingly signed Texan's death warrants and refuses to acknowledge or change it.
  11. you'd far rather have to wait a bit longer in traffic than to be potentially hospitalized or killed by someone's reckless indifference.
  12. Exactly. So he's an empty suit jacket full of shit jack off
  13. Then why hasn't Abbott abolished the seat belt laws in Texas? If he's so big on personal responsibility. That is a much more applicable use of personal responsibility than a pandemic where the actions of 1 can harm or kill many others through no fault of their own.
  14. I always keep a couple bottles of this and a couple of white wines for when the women come over because almost all of them want a little sweeter wine than normal. About $10 at Total Wine
  15. It's not just one night. It's a mindset. If the best positive outcome happens and she didn't contract anything from that night that will only reinforce the idea it's overblown and safe. That gives a false sense of security going forward and will lead to riskier behavior the longer the luck holds. If you keep playing Russian roulette eventually you get the bullet. Then consider we both come in contact with our semi elderly parents and in my work I come in contact with compromised and elderly people. Her risky actions puts them at danger if I get the virus and am shedding it even if I'm not symptomatic yet or at all. That's the whole point, in this society we are not in a vacuum. Our actions right now potentially kill those we come in contact with. Yet so many are selfishly rejecting that responsibility to our society.
  16. Any deaths that occur because a non covid patient is denied cared due to a covid overload should be counted as Covid deaths. Fucking Abbott is going to murder thousands. Got damn wheelchair butcher
  17. Eh, anyone looking to trump for medical advice is too stupid to live. Let's focus on saving people who are just ignorant
  18. If the Texas excessive pneumonia as primary cause of death statistics for 2020 hold true all over the country we may already be over 201k right now. By October might be over 500k
  19. The worst part is being only 3 weeks from memorial day we likely still are at the very beginning of the lag delay from then. Even if everything shut down today this likely gets far worse for a few weeks.
  20. Abbott should be crucified. Just have to find big enough nails for the wheels
  21. Yeah, that doesn't explain the shitloads of 60+ yr olds I see all over the place with zero masks and acting like the pandemic ended. Fuck Abbott. He and trump caused this to be as bad as it is.
  22. Not to mention there's basically zero financial relief for any employee that tests positive and has to miss at least 2 weeks of work. In an industry where virtually zero of those employees can afford to miss 1 week much less 2 of pay they're going to be hiding it like crazy just to keep working and earning. There's zero chance by now it isn't in a ton of restaurants in the state.
  23. I've never walked out of a movie but I've seen other people do it. The three I remember off the top of my head: 2007 watching "30 Days of Night" at the dollar movies when a few minutes into the movie when the vampires show up and eat some dude a very small child's voice could be heard saying "mommy what's that? Why did he do that?" followed shortly after by some dumb lady and 3 tiny kids walking out. Ted - now this wasn't a walk out but after the movie when everyone was leaving the people right in front of me were 3-4 12-15 year old girls and what was obviously their grandparents. Grandpa just sighs and says "well, that was a bad idea". 2006 or 2007 - Bruno. At least half the theater walked out after the gay bicycle dildo ass fucking scene. About a third more walked out shortly after. At the end maybe 10 people were left.
