  1. russellcroweasgladiator.jpg Well?
  2. You're wrong. It's exactly what they expect, and it's what he'll do. Whether it works or not is another question.
  3. On the other hand, it might not be a band at all. I'm thinking of a modern-day replacement for, or continuation of, Hee Haw. Who doesn't like scantily clad, busty young women. If Sports Illustrated could be brought in as a sponsor, you might could add a transgender person or two.
  4. No way, that's what they're expecting now. ZR quad option handoff, run, pop pass, pitch. Profit.
  5. "Cracker Crutches" would be, what - Blue Grass, Pop Country, Southern Rock, or...?
  6. You, for one. And there's plenty of (at least mildly) interesting shit, without unending repetition. I recommend it.
  7. Maybe not, but it scans nicely. Next line is... "She didn't see it coming, but it did."
  8. This thead has improved hugely since I put bo&w a certain poster on ignore.
  9. On the bright side, "Alter Pedals" is actually a pretty decent band name.
  10. You've spelt "incredibly fucking stupid" incorrectly.
  11. This is why we have Rugby. Well... and Aussie Rules...
  12. Three possibilities: Find new employer; Retire; Stay on, but as Consultant at minimum twice or thrice the pay. Wait... Fourth possibility: Blow it the fuck off, shut up, and get your miserable ass back in the saddle.
  13. Yeah, I know - LT. Edit wasn't allowed... fuck me.
  14. The major takeaway on this play, other than #3 and #26 were on different pages, is that the RT (Goosby?) clearly was holding UGa #10, with a very tight chin/throat clamp on #10's left hand. I don't think the refs threw a flag on Texas, which is just more proof of the SEC bias toward Texas.
  15. On the other hand, Clemson isn't in SEC yet, so there's that. Additionally, while it might be against NC2A rules, I'm under the impression that CFP is not all that closely tied to NC2A... it kinda depends on where in whatever rulebook such a prohibition might be located, and whether CFP adhered to that particular book. I'd think that would be legal, depending on the size and sharpness of your rowels.
  16. Capes, but no spats. Nor ascots.
  17. Hit close to home. A memory from... I'd have to say 1950-something... popped up, tune and lyrics. Heard it clear as day. I think it was by the Lamplighters? I pulled up Writer and typed the words, no looking. I don't believe I've heard it since then, no idea why it was stored away... thought you might like it. Yesterday, in old Fall River, Mr. Andrew Borden died. And they got his daughter, Lizzie, on a charge of Homicide. Some folks say she didn't do it, others say of course she did. But they all agree, Miss Lizzie B., was a problem kind of kid. 'Cause you can't chop your poppa up in Massachusetts, No matter if it's planned as a surprise No, you can't chop your poppa up in Massachusetts, You know how neighbors love to criticize.
  18. Rebuilder. B-i-l sells that shit to rebuilders and body shops. Cash only, no credit.

That's the one you use for wiping. Touch anything in the store with it, and you just bought it.
  21. You win that bet. I once helped my brother-in-law load up a Lincoln Town Car - well, half of one - that had been hit from the back by a Semi and destroyed up to the back of the front seat. I mean, folded up and fucking destroyed, nothing left, out on IH 40 west of Amarillo, a few hours before we went after it. He had bought it off the Insurer, sight unseen, for about $4500. I was incredulous, and he explained that it was only a few months old and had under 10K on the odometer. He started naming off the salvage value of the hood, grill, bumper, engine, etc. I stopped him when he got to $9,000 worth. It was a pretty good payback for about three hours worth of work. The McLaren half gonna be worth some bucks, no doubt.
  22. Yah, buncha people saw that. I figured there might be someone's nephew at Candyworld HQ that thought it would be a Good Idea to chocolate-coat their PayDay, so I asked Google, and Google asked AI, and AI said The ingredients in a PayDay bar are: Peanuts Sugar Corn syrup Skim milk Vegetable oil, such as palm, sunflower, shea, palm kernel, or safflower oil 2% or less of the following: whey, salt, lecithin, carrageenan, mono- and diglycerides, vanillin (artificial flavor) Proof positive. No chocolate, or I woulda been told, right? Right?
  23. Trick question. Ain't no chocolate in a PayDay bar.
  24. Elimination Mode ftw. The SEC CCG fiasco kept us out of a decent band name for quite a while. Thanks, Hank.
  25. The first hire Bill makes? Saban as DC.
