  1. SW corner section 43 is reserved for players parents and team visitors/recruits.
  2. Written on the back of the page, in cursive with a giant pile of cocaine, a bottle of Xanax and an ambien with a bottle of JWB to snap out of it.
  3. We aren’t getting Harris or Stewart. Go ahead and prepare accordingly.
  4. We have 22 “committed” recruits. Not many spots left and a whole lot of holes to fill, like an oil field worker with priapism at the cat house on a Tuesday afternoon. Of those we have 2 OL (guards) and 1 project at QB. At least we are taking care of positions in dire need. We do have about half the class as DL which is great, good job Bo. And I mean that sincerely. Though we bitched about the 3 man fronts, saw what a 4 man front could do for 1 year, then right back to the 3 man, block eating front. Collins is being wasted.
  5. was on the field during OSU and saw the players tuning him out. Jimmy Lake is a choir boy as far as I’m concerned, and out guy is a pussy. I’ll take Sarks contract for $1 for 2 years and I’ll flip this bitch. I’m not a coach but I’m fucking good at turning shit around, all the extra salary goes to the assistant pool for hiring the best. Second, scorched earth. Anyone who doesn’t want to be here and give 110% can get the fuck out. Third, I will get the bag game organized from boosters to the right recruits and transfers. I have a guy who knows where all the bodies are buried and this is just the sort of thing he’s most useful for. will we win every game year one? Hell, we might not win many. But that’s the plan and by God they will improve as the year goes on and year 2 will settle it. Then we can revisit my contract.
  6. Isn’t UGA also a good school? They do Pretty good on the recruiting trail also.
  7. Actually Mack was quite a good HC if you think about what the job actually entails. The best skills of a HC are recruiting and hiring great assistants. The skill set that makes someone a great coordinator or game planner is not the same skill set required to be the boss. Mack was very good at recruiting, he knows the landscape and built a system to pull top classes. It’s probably fair to say he valued great evaluators over great coaching, and if facing similar short term goals that’s probably the smart move. Get the system in place to acquire talent, hire guys who can identify said talent, then replace a guy or 2 with good coaches once things are rolling. He just got lazy with his process. The last 2 dumbfucks brought their posse with them from their respective junior colleges, neither really had a clue what they were actually supposed to be doing. This guy 7WS should maybe know more than the last 2, but based on his history and what we have seen so far, not promising. If the dumbasses we hire aren’t smart enough or capable enough to build a recruiting machine, it really doesn’t matter what the booster do or don’t do, or think of one another. NIL should be this great vehicle to get our plethora of high end donors directly involved in a more sustainable system than hoping your one T Boone or Phil Knight is getting old and tired of not winning. I guess with 7WS our best hope is he’s quietly spending time bedside nursing Red, trying to convince him to finance 1 more trophy before he goes.
  8. KSU the coach killer. Welp....
  9. I would say the 2 main jobs of a HC is 1. Hiring the best assistants possible. Saban is a bad analogy except he does it every year at multiple spots. Replace great assistants who move up and cut dead weight. 2. Recruit. 3. everything else.
  10. The schools are using their revenue on upgrades not players. We Need more red McCombs type fanatics if we want to win again. A really good coach might help. who here would be willing to put up >500k every year for players if you weren’t confident the coach would win with those guys? We hope NIL opens the doors for talent acquisition by committee, though Phil Knight is showing just how important the billionaire fanatic is for a program.
  11. Just watched aggy run a punt back, 3 block in the back on 3 guys trying to make a tackle, no calls. We need to get really ducking good again so it doesn’t matter what the fuck they call or don’t call if we steamroll everyone.
  12. 3 fucking road games. All season long. In 3 weeks on the 2nd weekend of November they will be playing in just their second actual road game.
  13. He’s 50-38 overall, 29 of those games were decided by one score or less. His record is 15-14 in one score games. He turtles a lot. his point differential in losses is -645 points, an average loss of 17 points. With 14 of those losses being one score or less, several of the other losses were blowouts. 24-53 @ ASU, 21-52 @ Oregon, 17-52 @ zona, 3-41 @ LSU, 40-17 @ USC, 21-65 @ Stanford,16-53 @ Oregon, 0-41 vs Stanford, 14-44 @ zona, 21-56 vs Nebraska, 21-48 @ Beaver, 19-43 vs Oregon.... there is a trend there, not hard to spot He’s finished once at 25 and once at 20 in the AP. He has a track record of beating up patsies and Colorado, his biggest win by margin against on ok team was maybe #19 Cal his first year at UW 42-10. If you dive into his record and really look, it’s pretty meh. Hes 10-21 against ranked teams.
  14. Let’s just go ahead and pay our way out this year and let OU rot in this shithole conference for a few more years. Maybe their whole state will go up in flames in a giant meth lab explosion.
  15. A lot of the SEZ seats are for the field club, and while the view from the seats is ok, the food, full bar and being on the field is a lot better. It’s basically like the 200 club except you have end zone seats instead of a goal line to goal line box seat. Football family seats are in the SW corner above Bevo.
  16. That’s how OU breaks those big plays, egregious holding that goes uncalled.
  17. We suck ass at football because we shot for Saban and Meyer but settled for Charlie and Sark. Herman was just a little better Charlie and it’s insane he was our first choice. We let Mack dictate his exit terms, and apparently we should have offered Urban more than just money. Like a downtown bar and bring in a weekly bus full of San Marcos sloots, maybe that would have tipped the scales. We have now brought in our 3rd coordinator in a row and don’t appear to have learned a fucking thing.
  18. I want it to be boomhauer for so many reasons, he’s doing a pretty good job recruiting at aggy and they need to get back in line. Plus the wails from college station will be loud enough to hear in Austin. The down side is we are going to be in division with LSU and that little fucker would win an MNC at LSU. The last 2 dipshits proved it’s not that hard. Also I think he would impact our recruiting Even more at LSU than he is at aggy. Just off lulz alone? He takes the LSU job and Elko along with him.
  19. I could see them going after Kiffin, probably don’t have to pay him more than 5-6M to start and We know he will jump at the chance to move back up the coaching ladder. Heard part of boomhauers presser today, he was asked about the LSU job and he just deflected, spent 5 minutes rambling about how much he loves aggy. But he dodged the question. He said some bullshit like “it’s October and I love the aggy fans, admin, foundation, etc.” Someone noted it’s the same things he said at FSU right before he bailed. At the very least he should get an additional 5 years and a few million more tacked onto his recent extension, but I think he still wants to win and knows it won’t happen at his current gig.
  20. So it’s going to be the battle of the highway funds vs the hurricane relief funds. My money is literally on both but I think more of it goes to ongoing highway funds, therefore I pick LSU to win that battle. if you’re competitive you set your self up to win. At aggy neither gene stallings nor fucking Bear Bryant could win a title. LSU has has Leslie Miles and Ogre win in the past 15 years. There’s no competition. LSU was paying ogre 1.5M more than Jimbo, and while they won’t give him 10 years, if they decide they want him aggy is shit out of luck.
  21. So lack of skill, lack of depth, possibly poor conditioning, and being outpaced significantly on TOP. So the defensive motto is All Gassed, No Breaks. Do we have a giant lit up sign yet?
  22. I think it’s Jimbo. He still wants to win and he’s not going to do it at aggy. TheIr last 3 coaches have won MNCs, the budding goat and 2 dumbfucks. If he’s going to do it again LSU is the place. Getting the saban monkey off his back is big too, he already has a couple acres and an above ground pool so he is set financially, the rest is gravy. And he will got paid just as much at LSU just a shorter contract term. Start building your arks, the aggy tears are going to flood the planet.
  23. Marques bimage with the pressure and fumble recovery. he is a walk on at Cal. Looks like he would start for us this year.
