  1. Which is exactly why he won't step down willingly. In 2020, or 2024. He'd be stepping from the White House into court. The Presidency is the only thing keeping him from currently being in jail/prison. Anyone that thinks he will willingly leave office hasn't been paying attention.
  2. ^ Exactly. Impeachment is a political loser right now. It's a non-starter in the Senate and could increase the chances Trump is re-elected. Oversight of an administration that is increasingly being viewed as incompetent and corrupt is a political winner right now. It also might lead to enough evidence to make impeachment and removal viable.
  3. No shit. Not remotely appropriate.
  4. You must be a phlebotomist's dream with such thin skin and never seeing the sun.
  5. GOP Senate seats up for re-election in 2020. Alexander can be convinced, he's retiring and GFTO in major part due to Trump. I think it only matters for the vacant Tennessee seat, Collins (Maine), Daines (Montana), Ernst (Iowa), Gardener (Colorado), Sasse (Nebraska), Sullivan (Alaska), Tillis (North Carolina). That's 8 max, if all could be convince and I'm not sure they can. That puts the vote at 54-46. Where do they get the additional 13 votes?
  6. You should have to pay us $.10 for everyone of your 6,067 useless shit posts.
  7. This is exactly it. It is pointless to try to formally impeach him with the Senate likely to grant him a commendation, rather than remove him. House Judiciary is already running an investigation, so are the House Oversight and Intel committees. They aren't calling it impeachment, but it's clear that Trump has committed dozens of impeachable offenses and the GOP doesn't give a fuck. If the committees find enough to convince a sizable part of the GOP in the Senate, they'll rightfully impeach him. I don't think there's enough evidence in the world for the GOP to remove him.
  8. I hope aggy doesn't get Buzz. I liked Buzz. I still like Buzz.
  9. I completely agree, but it's still important to point them out as they occur. Especially since we have so many posters that can never seem to recall Trump committing impeachable offenses.
  10. Not based on what you posted. "No more than 6 months" does not equal extend by 6 months. It means any length of time up to 6 months. It may well be a procedural norm, but what you posted doesn't show that.
  11. I'm not sure. Abramson is a former public defender and he thinks it is. It's not just the extension per se, but Mueller is still trying to get grand jury testimony from both an individual and a corporation. Abramson is assuming there will be some more time to litigate that and then Mueller will need time to follow up on any leads generated in their testimony. He's posted a bunch of threads with additional evidence too. Here's one, start at #9. https://threader.app/thread/1098328381999976451 I think Corsi is cooperating with Mueller. Erik Prince lied to Congress and confessed to it on Al Jazeera. He's going to be indicted.
  12. This is another impeachable offense. It's a direct violation of his Oath of Office.
  13. I've been trying to tell you that for a while triple. Mueller extended his grand jury through July. If he ends soon, it's due to external pressure.
  14. If the only tool you have is a Thetexashammer, the whole world is going to look like a shitload of bent nails.
  15. Lulz at the idea Trump even knows how to play regular chess. Chess takes far more patience than he has.
  16. The fuck are you talking about? I don't have to prove a negative dude. There is zero reporting that anything happened Friday. That's the 8th different deadline for Mueller to turn in his report that someone has claimed that has come and past. Not even your dipshit referring to himself by a pseudonym and also writing about himself in the third person says that Mueller is done and turned it in. He says that he was wrong about that and is giving you a new prediction that he will be correct about, because it is fucking obvious to anyone paying attention.
  17. Who the fuck is Cockburn and why does he refer to himself in the third person? I don't know if he's got any actual sources, but he was wrong about the Mueller report being issued last Friday. Whether he has sources or not, in this article, he's basically just stating the obvious. Jr, Ivanka and Kush are all going to be indicted. Probably Eric too. SDNY is so far up their ass, they know what they had for lunch. Barr is going to prevent Trump from being indicted and contain the fallout to implicate as few others as possible. That's what he's there for.
  18. "Conservatives" that believe in "limited" government and fiscal "responsibility".
  19. Higher than the average number of teeth.
  20. Yes, the principle is called Schrödinger's Bear. Put Baylor inside the box with a co-ed. You know for sure Baylor is raping inside the box and if you open it, they will also rape you.
