  1. What's this auction mode on CBP for ENS? Is it about to drop and they're just determining the price?
  2. This week: Auburn -7 vs. USCe WVU -2 vs. Texas NCSt -11.5 vs. Cuse Was going to bet KSU +1.5 vs. Baylor but I think KSU will get another point or two as the week goes on so I'm holding off.
  3. Already put money on WV -2. This line should be 7+.
  4. I'm looking for a 70"+ TV for the living room in the next house. The room is very bright during the day with a lot of windows up high in the room. This will be mounted above the fireplace. I'd like to stay under $3000 if able. Sell me a TV.
  5. This might be a stretch, but with the type of students getting admitted now, I think interest among alumni is going to diminish with every passing year. When that happens, money dries up and so does the program. We're on our way to being Cal and Stanford if we're not there yet.
  6. 4-1 this week. Tried to bet KU ML but my book didn't offer it. Saw this shit coming a mile away. 30-19-1 for the season
  7. I could go for some roast beef rn
  8. The reality is as a small market team, we need a top 5-10 player to be relevant. No free agents will ever come here unless there is an anchor to build around. Until then, we will continue to suck, draft some nice young players with the 7th-12th pick, rinse and repeat.
  9. The first appraiser my lender reached out to wanted $2400 for ours because he's "about to go on vacation". Fuck you. I'm seriously considering getting my appraiser license.

    Getting old sucks

Last night was the first really cold night of the season and my knuckles hurt all mother fucking day. I turned 40 this year.
  11. Just ordered new throw pillows for the living room:
  12. Locked in at 2.375% on a VA jumbo this week with $3000 lender credit. Seemed good enough for me.
  13. 2-2 this week, 26-18-1 for the year. So far this week: KU +29.5 and under 60.5. Mizzou +1.5 vs. USCe Ole Miss +2.5 vs. aggy Arky vs. LSU under 59 BTW, my last 5 weeks: 1-1-1 1-1 2-2 3-3 2-2 I'm the poster boy on how Vegas makes money.
  14. Both teams have terrible offenses. I just hit KU +29.5 and the under.
  15. This team looks a lot different with a competent offensive line and just an average QB. Card had no time to throw and when he did have time, he just held on to the fucking ball or airmailed it 20 feet over the WR’s head. There are certain ways to scheme around a shitty o-line, but that relies on a QB that can actually make throws. If you have that, then you can move the chains which means our defense is on the field less and they won’t get worn down in the 2nd half. I’m willing to give Sark a pass and let him bring in his QB and see what happens.
  16. 3-3 this week, 24-16-1 for the year. So far this week: UTSA -10.5 vs. UTEP Mich St -3 vs. Purdue Ole Miss -9.5 vs. Liberty KU +23.5 vs. K St
  17. I deserve to lose. I changed my pick from the Rams to the Bengals late Saturday night after making my picks up through week 14. Rule 1 of eliminator is to take it 1 week at a time. Enjoy my money.
  18. My lender guy who was #2 in the country last year in VA mortgage volume just quoted me 2.375% on a 30-year VA jumbo. That sounds lower than it should be. Is he able to get better rates due to his volume?
  19. Bill Brasky! Hell of a guy!
  20. Giving up a 33-6 run is embarrassing, no matter how good we are or the other team is. On top of that, we were up 20 on a depleted team and lost. If we can't win games like this, it's going to be a long season.
  21. Thanks for the replies. The house currently has a 2+1 garage setup where the 1-car is facing the street and the 2-car is facing the side yard. I'd be adding another 1-car next to the current 1-car, so I'd be moving everything down roughly 15'.
  22. I've mentioned before that we were planning on building a house but with construction costs rising daily, we're not sure it's the best move right now. There is a house about to hit the market that would work for us, except I would need an extra garage space. The exterior wall that would be demoed to expand the garage currently houses the main breaker box and 2 A/C units. How big of a pain in the ass would it be to move these? What are things to consider when doing something like this? This house is great, but I wouldn't buy it if I couldn't expand the garage so I need to figure this out ahead of time.
  23. I went to Park Place last week to see Shark Blue in person (it's great btw) and there were a few cars lined up in the parking garage on stop sale due to the TPMS. I can't imagine waiting 6 months for your car to get delivered to the dealership only to have it sit there awaiting parts.
