  1. Sark is being completely fucking negligent at this point. Make the change you block head!
  2. The one positive of Quinn being gimpy is it’s forcing Sark’s hand to actually commit to the running game. Currently at 176 yds at 5.9 a pop on the ground.
  3. Jessy Palmer, stfu you pussy ass bitch.
  4. Yup, one of those games. Also, why TF is Sorrell in pass coverage?
  5. It’s gonna be one of those games, isn’t it?
  6. I’m really disappointed with Sark’s approach to running the ball this year. And his lack of using Gibson.
  7. I really like the under center set Sark has recently started using.
  8. I’m asking, not accusing. Hopefully it works out for the Bobcats.
  9. Were those guys given large extensions previous to winning big?
  10. Hit = Gary Patterson at TCU, Kyle Wittingham at Utah, PJ Fleck at Western Michigan, Scott Frost at UCF, Chris Peterson at Boise St. Basically, winning a conference title and a BCS/NY6 game.
  11. It’s interesting to see schools take such large gambles. Have any of these huge extensions for unproven coaches ever “hit”?
  12. I hope UCLA drops the gold facemasks and returns to grey. And the darker blue helmet script. I like the newer blue on the jerseys they have now though.
  13. 2017 Oklahoma St & 2018 Oklahoma part 2 ring a bell. 😔
  14. And that explains exactly why Alabama and Saban have more titles in the last 15 years than Texas does, ever. This team, RIGHT NOW has a legitimate shot at a title. Isn’t that why you take a job at Texas, wtf are we talking about the future for when it’s already right in front of you? Sark may never have a defense this good for the rest of his career, and we’re going to waste it because we don’t want hurt feelings? Saban: “Fuck Hurts, let’s win this bitch today. Tua, you’re in!” Texas: “well we better give Case McCoy a scholarship because it will look good to the Texas HSFB coaches.” Texas: “Let’s not potentially win the title this year and give ourselves a shot. We gotta think about how good we MIGHT be in the future instead.” Unreal….
  15. I have the exact same thoughts, but in the opposite direction. Some act like it’s Quinn in a landslide because of the 12-2 playoff season. Which is why I’m giving context to Sam at Texas. Here are two big ones that tell the story. Quinn Ewers Defense rankings as a starter 2022 - 28th 2023 - 15th 2024 - 1st 1,000 yard runners: two, Bijan 1,580 - 2022 & Jonathon Brooks 1,139 - 2023 Sam Ehlinger Defense rankings as a starter 2017 - 30th 2018 - 58th 2019 - 67th 2020 - 61st 1,000 yard runners: None in 4 years
  16. You can drill it down however you want and Sam still clears. Passing yards in a game, passing yards in a season, TDs in game, TDs in a season. When you add in the rushing yds/tds it’s not close at all.
  17. Good call. I mathed wrong. I saw Quinn had 6 wins in 2022 so just forgot a game. The only reason I brought it up was to illustrate how dumb it is to attribute W/L to one player.
  18. I adjusted it. Quinn was getting counted as wins in games he didn’t play in. 2022 - 6 2023 - 10 2024 - 7
  19. Actually, I lied. I keep forgetting Quinn has missed multiple games from 2022-2024. He’s currently at 23 wins total. So again it isn’t mathematically possible for him to catch Sam in wins. Ironically, from 2022-2024 Texas is undefeated in games Quinn doesn’t play in (5-0). Also, records through first 30 games: Quinn 23-7 Sam 20-10
  20. Well it’s not mathematically possible for his statistics to eclipse Sam. Unfortunately I don’t see Quinn with a 460+ yard game left in him. This team is undefeated without Quinn dating back to last year (3-0). Quinn would need to win everything from here just to tie Sam in wins (35)
