  1. This offense can't overcome 24-7. Glad to know we're gaping pussies away at night. Guess we can go ahead and mark Tech as a loss.
  2. An aggy gladiator would've lost to a sheep.
  3. Interesting, I've been in Rome all week for my anniversary and saw they carved their dumbass logo on one of the columns at the Colosseum. I'll upload the picture when I have better internet service.
  4. Also the Oklahoma State game at home. Going into halftime losing 35-14, then winning 56-35. My favorite Longhorn of all time (Derrick Johnson) I can't imagine how good 2005 would've been if him and Benson were one year younger.
  5. Middle of the road P5 teams that would have less than 2 losses with their schedule: Iowa St TCU Oklahoma St Baylor Boston College NC State Syracuse Duke Maryland Indiana Purdue Minnesota Illinois Cal Utah ASU SCAR Tennessee Ole Miss. Mizzou
  6. Is Deshon Elliot on the sideline? Could've sworn I just saw him.
  7. PJ Locke is an absolute liability in coverage. Especially in man against Hurd.
  8. Charlie Strong SP teams lol
  9. My fault, got you and xcalibur mixed up. Your talent evaluation still applies though.
  10. Holy shit there are some craptastic takes on the 2005 Longhorns in here. Do you even football bro? First off it's clear when you talk about talent, you're basing it off of what happened in the NFL. Billy Pittman, Limas Sweed, and Romance Taylor weren't average D1 receivers any way you slice it. The 2005 Texas offense was a points scoring juggernaut that had Vince came back in 2006 would've been even better. The only team that was able to slow down Texas was Ohio St. that had a defense filled with NFL talent and even that wasn't enough. Yes, David Thomas was an incredibly Tight End. Yes, the Linebackers were probably just above average. With Jamaal, Vince, Romance, and Selvin Young toting the rock. And Huff, Griffin, Griffin, and Ross as the DB's not too mention having Tarell Brown as a nickel 2005 Texas wins this game going away. Texas 42 Bama 24
  11. "I remember in 2011, the Aggie spirit was so alive that night against the sips. I sat next to a tu father and son. When we were up at half time he was telling me how he knew we were the better team and how all the recruits are going to stop coming to Texas and win a natty at A&M." There's gotta be a Texas fan version of one of these right? haha
  12. Knocking their cock-sucking dicks in the dirt. I love it.
  13. If we're going to run Ingram it'd be nice to not have it be a slow developing counter. Schackelford got destroyed and resulted in a tackle for loss. Run off tackle and dive's. I also hope we don't see that horrible speed option, Ehlinger isn't very good at running it. Have to attack the DE and read for the pitch.
  14. I'm really not understanding Orlando's strategy of the LB's covering dirt?
  15. How in the fuck can that continue to happen? Inexcusable
  16. Calling my shot now (if he plays) BJ Foster is going to put an enormous hit on the Ewok that will slow him down the rest of the game.
  17. 2005. After all the beat downs from the previous years, to watch Bomar get destroyed was very enjoyable.
  18. I'm cautiously optimistic. As fans we can look ahead with no repercussion. If this team shows up in Dallas 4-1 and foaming at the mouth to go full on Ivan Drago on Kyler the elf and get out of there 5-1 it will be very hard stifle post season ambitions. Not to be a pessimist, but I imagine there's at least one more let down game this season.
  19. After all the losing, the fanbase has no sunshine. https://www.instagram.com/p/BoFlMduhDa0/?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet
  20. Still high off of TCU victory, don't care.
  21. Caden Sterns is the best safety in the country right now. Thorpe award is not out of reach.
