  1. Frech wave. Details. Mere petty annoyances. This challenge presents Texas hoops with a superb opportunity to compete and succeed!
  2. Hey! Say that like you’re proud! Who the fuck are you talking to? Wait. I was thinking schizophrenic. Never mind.
  3. I dunno. True, it smells Dotardish but pure dee Dotardese is peppered with more redundant exclamation points and randomly scattered words in ALL CAPS!!!!
  4. Religion is make believe for grownups. That being said, if we must have strict rules by which everyone must live, why not simplify the matter and adopt only one, the Golden Rule?
  5. Does Florida actually have a 7’9” player and if yes, does he see the floor? If no, WTF is wrong with him?
  6. He is beloved. He possessed/ possesses the best feel and touch of any percussionist, IMHO. I am proud to own a set of Ringo style 1965 Ludwig blue oyster pearls (couldn’t get black oyster pearl, dad gummit). They will follow me to the great beyond unless Mrs Llama sells them cheap on ebay after I croak.
  7. This one fits Winter of 2025 just about right. I saw the Fugs play this live at a free gig on the campus of Rice University, yes, The Insitute on South Main, in April of 1969 with Tricky Dick freshly installed in the White House. History does repeat itself, although the Turnip canlt play piano for shit.
  8. In 1968 I saw the Fugs play a free gig on campus at Rice. In a mocking tribute to Ricard Nixon, they performed their great bizarro rock song called “Four Minutes to Twelve and There’s a Madman at the Wheel.” This would be a good time to release a cover, 2025 style. I’m guessing the original Fugs are all deceased and decomposing.
  9. Yes, under cause of action known as Respondeat Superior. BK = loser big time, with punitive damages. Plaintiff lawyer wet dream of a case. BK counterman loses temper, BK loses civil case, billboard lawyer likely showed up at the ER before Mr. Knockout did. Case probably settled without a pleading ever being filed. Contra?
  10. Every fucking day in Don Turnipland seems like a new episode of Zero Day only it’s too fucking real. Shit - it IS real!
  11. This was the high point of 20th century cinema. Laszlo, having had enough of Nazi officers singing, tells the band leader, “Pleh eet. Play La Marseillaise!” Then, when Rick almost imperceptibly gives the nod to the band leader and the house band launches into La Marseillaise, I always lose it. I mean I literally weep uncontrollably. At “Aux armes, Citoyens!” I’m a basket case. Feels like we are approaching one of those moments today in Les Etats-Unis. Who’s gonna give the nod now? I’ll play the snare.
  12. He never disappointed. Sad to read how he chose to ring down the old curtain with team wackezoid. In so much quality work The Conversation was my favorite. That little insincere chuckle appeared in every role. “Men, there’s trouble in Russia . . . .” What else is new?
  13. Bless you for posting that. I would like to volunteer to go back in time and escort those lady backing vocalists to a finr evening of dinner, imbibery, recreational (but wholesome) drug use and the exploration of certain cultural eccentricities. Ringo, Eric, Dhani, Billy Preston, etc., good all round.
  14. Get her to the vet now and swab her mouth to identify the bacteria in her saliva. When she bites someone (and she will), that information will be critical in finding the best antibiotic to treat their infection. Time is of the essence.
  15. The Leningrad Cowboys are back on tour!
  16. Well put, sir. Brome bullied us in the paint, seemingly at will. The balance on this Auburn team puts me in mind of teams coached by Adolph Rupp, John Wooden, Dean Smith and Mike Kyxiewsky (sp?). Six guys averaging in double figures?! That’s amazing and promotes confidence going forward. Bama has difficulty playing with discipline and seems to have no plan B if the 3s don’t fall. But isn’t it great to talk Bama/Auburn in February with more hopefully good competition yet to come? Shades of Wimp and Sonny! Bama never holding the lead was not a good sign, though. Roll Tide anyway.
  17. Do not fuck around with animals. Ever. I’n typing this loaded with psin killers following two hospitalizations and ghree surgeries on my infected right wrist resulting from a bite by a perfectly docile house cat I tried to put flea meds on. Little fucker went Tasmanian Devil on me. Docs say the bacteria in his saliva are badass infectors of sofg human tissue. One of the main ligaments to my thumb was ruptured by the infection, I’ll be infused with antibiotics through a picc line in my arm that hors into my fucking heart. Animals can fuck you up and wreck your life plans. Yes, I realize I was a dumbass. Now I have to do everything left handed. PS/ in the GWS/Polar Bear hypothetical I didn’t see the relative sizes of the participants. Could make a huge difference.
  18. Saturday night’s Auburn/ Alabama game in Tuscaloosa pits national #1 vs. #2, a first in SEC history. May the Tide rain 3’s on those Boogs early and often. They cannot suffer enough.
  19. This is usually the part of Bama’s roundball season where they play very well . . . or very poorly. I’m not having a good feeling about this game. Being on the road is a negative element. Sears and Nelson are the bell cows. If they struggle, it will be a long night. Agree with above poster who plans to watch if it’s within 5 at the 4 minute TV break. Basketball is so fucking nerve-racking to watch anyway.
  20. These guys write up a good story. If I continue living, I’ll be fatasizing a way for Kalen De Boer to get us there. If not, Hook ‘em!
  21. Bama Llama

    Colonoscopy

Prophyrol is the anasthetic of choice, right. Had it for each of my three rope-n-scopes. That was some fine Cloud 9 shitand that’s no lie. Then there’s the whole OD and death negative side effect, which mitigates vs the euphoria. Prince’s ghost is holding on Line 2.
  22. And . . . theme from Justified theme from The Sopranos theme from Mannix
  23. I’m thinking now would be an excellent time for Paul Bryant Jr to let the moths fly out of his wallet and get Arch back on this side of the Mississippi; all the way to Tuscaloosa, in fact. Y’all have wasted his highly talented 6’4” 225# ass with ability to move in the pocket AND throw accurately with consistency. I’ve been crying for him to get playing time for weeks.
  24. P.S. I’ve never been to Greenland and can’t find it on a map. Don,Jr. says it’s really awesome.
