  1. Pryor is the first to come to my mind. No lack of love for a bunch of other names mentioned though.
  2. Hope you are straightening some rug where ever you are Nick Rivers. Like many others, I loved this guy in everything. One of my generations 'G.O.A.Ts'. 65 is way too young in my book. RIP Val Kilmer. You will be missed.
  3. This is a tale as old as time. No matter the sport.
  4. She is adorable.
  5. Oldacre. Rory. Maddie. That was fun!
  6. It’s not just you. They need to do away with home plate umps across baseball and softball. With this broadcast crew just be glad you can watch the game.
  7. Santos has to get a comeuppance at some point.
  8. In my old neighborhood we live oaks between sidewalk and curb. Grass and leaves, et al... were handled by landscape crew through HOA. My yard had bur oaks\red oaks\pin oaks(?) with acorns the size of golf balls as were most of the trees in peoples front yards. The HOA crew was notorious about just blowing leaves into peoples yards. I typically mowed over the live oak stuff. However, when the neighborhood trees started leafing, nothing got done until there was no leaves in any trees within a 2 block radius of my house. It seemed like every leafed leaf ended up in my yard. I had a leaf blower\mulcher combination from WORX. Each year, over my Christmas vacation, I would put aside 2 days to pick up acorns and to blow leaves and mulch that shit up. Now, I live in a neighborhood across the road from there. I have two live oaks that are about 6 years old which is about the age of all the houses on my cul-de-sac. So, leaves aren't that big of a deal anymore I do get triggered when I get the occasional broad leaf in the yard from neighbors trees but nothing like what I used to deal with. These days, when I go to visit my daughters in the old 'hood, I laugh at all the leaves in everyone's yard and mutter 'fuck you trees'...
  9. Had a Yankees hat too. Not the classic Yankees hat but a Yankees hat nonetheless.
  10. I remember him from his days at Groesbeck when he was throwing shot and discus. I was in jr high but I knew who he was from Dave Campbell’s Texas Football. He was a man among boys. Also got to watch him play basketball for the Goats vs my old school. RIP big man.

Yeah, Texas! Let's fuck up a good thing. I wonder how much big pharma and alcohol conglomerates kicked in for this to happen...
  12. Will watch and reminisce about growing up around cars like that Duster... which we had. 67 GTO was another family car. I still remember being a kid running around in the back seat of the GTO driving down what is 340 in Waco outside of Beverly Hills. Father was driving and my grandfather was in the passenger seat... doing 100+ MPH.
  13. 4:15 start. According our athletics site.
  14. State pitcher doing work. Will be interesting to adjustments 2nd time around if he comes out next inning.
