No Jack Mehoff?
I was in the press box at a track meet during the time and height of the Porky's movies. This kid comes into the press box and asks the PA guy - our Vice Principal- if he could call Jack Mehoff to the press box. (I was like, "you magnificent bastard" and I had to fight to keep my composure) The VP makes the call... Half the infield was looking around for Jack and the other half was in various states of laughing their asses off.

This is a really dumb post and is a much worse look on you than this situation is on Sarkisian. Happy to help.
Don't get me wrong, on the surface, I do think Sark knows that the hell he is doing. I will plead shell shock from the last 10 years and post less.

If you believe 'Hookah Horns' this is a bad look on Sark.
Personally, I think it is along the lines of there are two new comers at this position in terms of game time experience. One has stood out and practice and that's who gets the start. Sark has been around long enough to know that practice may not always tell the full story. It tells a lot but not everything when the lights are on.
If indeed is hedging to just keep Casey happy...damn.

DanTheHorn, did you really Merriam-Webster us? I’ll bet all your novels start with, “It was a dark and stormy night...”
Probably more like 'The night was moist..'
I kid.

There is not going to be enough space on my vaccine card for boosters 5, 6, 7, and 8!
For some reason my mind flashed to my old Student ID card that had stickers on it for each semester...

yeah 2011 and 2012 both. did not expect that.
I would have bet on 2011 without looking. Once Fozzy went down the offense got bad fast.

Flew to South Florida last week... sat next to a lady who played with her pussy the whole trip.
Yep, she was flying with a cat.

On the corruption... it still chaps my ass that China got to host... and if I am being honest, I hate that they were allowed to compete this year. Ugly American -OUT!

I have been a fan my whole life and will continue to be one. Earliest memories are watching Mark Spitz in Munich. Franz Klammer in Innsbruck going downhill in 76 just letting his balls hang. Being in the middle of a pasture in Gatesville, Tx at a campout and watching the Miracle on Ice on a TV hooked up to a generator. Last night, watching that dude from Norway looking like he was about to be had in the last 100 meters and gutting it out to break his world record.
I get it about some sports... BMX, Skateboarding, and Beach Volleyball but they have to get eyes on the tv. That being said, I dig the Snowboarding events during winter.

Shhhh, don’t be sending people to my spot. We’ve had a house on the west end of Sanibel for several years. Everything from Anna Maria south is so much better than the Destin area in my opinion. That is after spending a couple of weeks a year on 30A for 20 years and also looking to buy there when we ended up buying on Sanibel. We spent a couple of weeks a year in both places and it ended up not being a hard choice to buy on Sanibel. However, it’s been a lot busier this summer than prior summers. Luckily, we’re in a small neighborhood bordered by nature reserves on both sides so at least our beach is always empty.
The original Goatfeathers location closer to Blue Mountain Beach was always easier to get in and out of than the other.
I definitely get the appeal of wanting to buy there. We stayed off E Gulf Drive about a mile west of the lighthouse. There were several condo complexes along that stretch and so it was not too crowded in the water. You could see a good bit of people on the public beaches though.

I would say futureman is a great fisherman but I think most would frown upon his liberal use of dynamite at times...but if it gets the job done... who am I to judge.

Been to Destin a lot. We have place we like to stay on Miramar Beach. We have been enough to know we don't give a crap about doing anything else but sitting on the beach. Last couple of trips are starting to take the luster off going though. People can't seem to grasp concepts of not intruding on other peoples spaces. Did you pay for those beach chairs and umbrellas in front of my condo? No, you did not. Do I want to listen to your shitty top 40 bubble gum music piped out through your shitty Kraco-esque speakers? No, I do not.
Anyway, spent last week on Sanibel Island. Flew into Tampa and rented a car, (ACE upgraded me to a Hemi-Durango at no cost). There was a tad of what I mentioned earlier (loud music) but it was such a laid back experience, I definitely want to go back. The main drag is a two lane road. Lots of mom and pop places. Only chains I saw were Chevron, 7-11, and DQ. There are probably more but still no overt commercialism. Drove around to Captiva, same vibe up there as well. We stayed in a complex with an ocean front view condo. The grounds were amazing. Lots of vegetation... reminded me of Hawaii (or probably more appropriately, Key West).

KXAN was reporting, last night, that 22% or so of the ICU beds were being used by Covid patients.

I have only caught the last half of episode 3. Will catch up this weekend...
Anyway, I just remember saying to my family after the 4th and 2 stop, that no matter how it turns out, this the best game I have ever seen.
When Quan drew the facemask, I knew we would win.
