  1. Naptha is the first thing I would try for getting marks off. It is considered pretty safe with most surfaces, but I would still be careful to not let it get in any joints, cracks, electronic stuff. The dry erase thing seems like it would be pretty safe since dry erase would come off easily if it doesn't work.
  2. One of my leagues, Yahoo league, one of the teams in the championship game had three guys playing Monday night and ended up losing by 1 point. I'm pretty sure in three more quarters he would have had far more points than needed to claim the trophy.
  3. I'm not even going to look at it. I assume it's a typical rolling stone list created to get people talking about some rolling stone shit, but actually has little relevance.
  4. Print? Haven't made a print in ages. If you mean doing photo work I do some freelancing in sports, mostly college football, but don't make much money at it.
  5. As much as I hate Goodell, I don't see any problem with giving it as much as an hour or so until more information is known, to be absolutely sure. Ain't nobody goin' nowhere anyway until they find out the status of Hamlin. Ultimately, it's probably up to the teams to decide if they wish to continue, which they probably don't unless they get some news that changes things.
  6. He got hit pretty hard, then looked like his head hit the ground pretty hard as he landed, double bad. No telling what the deal is, though, whether related to a head injury or other issue.
  7. The anti-buzz roll bar hack above the nut is interesting. Not as interesting as the lady in pink behind the neck.
  8. I thought about it and it seemed quite logical. I had it in my cart. Basically the price of the pickups with the guard, other parts and wiring labor thrown in for free. I got a call that kept me on the phone over an hour and the deal was long gone. But I probably wasn't going to do it anyway. Still, I have it filed away in case it shows up again. I probably could have called or messaged and got the deal but wasn't ready to go for it.

  10. Only the second time in my life since I started watching as a little kid that I missed a Cowboys game, either on live TV or in person. I was at the Alamo Bowl and it wasn't on any of the TVs in the media section, because fucking shitass Prime and I guess out of the home zone. Tried to get it on the phone by various means, but wasn't going to sign up for shitty prime just to catch bits and pieces and have my phone taken over by that bullshit. Fuck you, Goodell.
  11. Interesting Stupid Deal Of The Hour until 2PM. I have thought about putting some older style single coils on my buttercream 40th anniversary Strat that I had put hot rails and a pearly pickguard long ago. Haven't played it in a long time, and the rails aren't really my thing any more. Would make for an easy conversion. 12. I'd still like to see them pick up a legit first baseman in case Lowe's 2022 turns out to be a fluke.
  13. True. Ebirds was the number one tool I used for discovering birds and places to go to find them. You can go out knowing what to look for by what others have seen at a particular location and time of year, so you are far more aware and prepared. Do some pre-scouting through eBird and get familiar with those birds you might see by studying various online sources, mainly the Cornell sites. Then when you go and see them live in person it becomes a familiar thing. Merlin is a great tool, highly recommended for anyone out birding. It's a big help, but you don't want to depend on its accuracy. Don't call it confirmed because of Merlin. The photo app and sound ID app can be way off, but can also be a big help to getting clues to what you have seen. Use it to study the sounds of birds when you go looking for particular targets. Ear birding is the best way to find more birds and become a better birder.
  14. My guitar sounds best when I'm not playing it at all.
  15. I actually would be glad if it ends up being Tampa just so they would have the opportunity to break that streak. Bust it or be damned. You gotta beat the other teams if you want to keep going. Can't avoid all of them, so better learn to beat them. If they lose, so be it. Nobody's going to be shocked. Making Rhule look like a total piece of shit as an NFL coach. Ditch Rhule and one of the best players in the league and suddenly they aren't a total dumpsterfire. LOL
  16. I guess all Cowboys playoff games seem like road games.
  17. OK, but last year Dallas played on the road against a team everyone here thought they should beat and they didn't. So I would say winning one would be progress. Then you try to win another.
  18. Stupid deal at MF is the Squier Bullet Tele just like the one I have in butterscotch for $130. https://www.musiciansfriend.com/stupid?icid=210190
  19. No question. One playoff win would at least be some progress, if they could make that happen. Maybe they get really lucky and the top seeds stumble and get more favorable matchups...so they can blow it to lesser teams.
  20. I bet his passer rating in the 4th quarter is still pretty Brady-esque.
  21. I haven't been a Seahawks fan since they went to the NFC, and I always kinda liked the Denver franchise, until recent years. But I hope Seattle takes that early draft pick and gets their franchise qb for the next 10 years just to shove it in the face of Denver's top brass. They're playing with house money, and using Denver's pick to get the qb Denver should have had by building the right way instead of throwing away their future. Denver has been embarrassing for a number of years now. Their fan base deserves better. I'm not crazy about Seattle loading up again, though.
