Yeah it's pretty clearly not close - and Quinn had a really nice couple of years to end his career here. The guys around Quinn made him look good. Arch makes the guys around him look good.
I don't think Arch lost a fumble all season. He's a tough motherfucker and getting better at making chicken salad out of chicken something else.
That's actually a very endearing post. Can't imagine being a fan of that team. It's like Sideshow Bob stepping on one rake after another and smacking himself in the face.
I know you're joking but no - there were a couple beat OU lose to aggy seasons. '99 and '06 off the top of my head.
I think '07 and '10 were the only lose-to-both seasons.
We also beat OU in '13 when we didn't play aggy.
If this is a down year it's not a bad one. We aren't far removed from our bad years being 7 loss clusterfucks.
That said - this season should be the minimum moving forward. Sark has work to do in the offseason and I hope he makes a couple uncomfortable decisions with his staff.
Going into last night I may have leaned towards him leaving for an NFL gig. After last night I think he sticks around at least another season to run it back with Archibald. It seemed like that was a cathartic win for him.
I would also say that winning the conference just isn't as important as it used to be. It's a nice trophy and banner to hang but getting a high seed in the CFP is the goal and you don't need to win the conference to do that.
Of course. Just saying they may slip in the standings a bit until they get some starters back. Nice to catch that game with them undermanned while Wemby is out.
Vassell finally won a game for us. Good for him. And Champagnie continues to have a really nice season.
Denver is in a rough spot with Braun and Gordon out. They kind of sold out to get that Houston win and got beat by the Kings the next night.
Still a very nice W for the Spurs - we are back to T3 in the West now - 1 game behind that fraudulent Lakers record.
Completely unserious hire. Stanford, Cal, UCLA are all a fucking joke at this point and SC is barely keeping their head above water.
College football in that state is probably gone and may never come back.
