  1. There had to be some outright corruption between the Rig 12 and Okie State. We've seen the videos of 2015 Okie State game over and over and the fact OU and aggy friendly media called it out confirms it. The Head Ref ended up in the fricken NFL where I bet my bottom dollar (no pun intended), you have some Refs, players, coaches and others in the NFL nervous as a cat in a room full of rocking chairs seeing what is going on in the NBA with their unfolding gambling scandal. But what was even more criminal was the 2022 game. Penalties - Yds. 0-0 14-119 How does this happen in the modern game? How does this happen with a team that ran an offense under Gundy that slung the ball around? I really wish this would've received more attention when it occurred. But getting the forever scoreboard against these guys and Tech on the way out of the Rig 12 was good parting gift. I hope we never play either one again save the Playoffs.
  2. At least the SEC punishes some of their Refs for their incompetence or out right bias Fat chance the Rig 12 would ever punish Marr and Alvarez for some of their non sense. And they neve punished Alan Eck and he got a promotion to the NFL....
  3. You forgot Alan Eck of the 2015 Okie State/ Texas game. https://www.forsythnews.com/sports/other-sports-news/meet-forsyth-county-resident-and-nfl-referee-alan-eck/

  5. Didn't Gomer Pyle do the SECCG game?
  6. In two words or less? Ball Control.
  7. Who would thought Indiana would become a football school? The fricken Indiana Hoosiers..... Bobby Knight must be rolling around in his grave.
  8. I think Sark knows (or should know) CDC keeps coaches on short leashes. Our most recent Head Coaches for other sports were graded on the performance over three seasons when CDC decided changes were needed. David Pierce went from going to two consecutive CWS to losing in the Super Regional to not making it out of the Regionals to gone. Rodney Terry as interim made it to the Elite Eight, to the round of 32 to the First four and out. Let’s just say for arguments sake we finish 7-5 or 6-6. I don’t think Sark gets another season beyond next to fix what needs to be fixed. The distance between the ceiling and the floor is inches so nothing below 9-3 and being an early exit in the playoff chatter would probably cause CDC to pull the trigger.
  9. Please tell me this is a Photoshop.
  10. Sark has not learned the difference from being just the OC to being the OC and the Head Coach. This is sad. I get that a coach might have a big liking to coaching one side of the ball over the other. That goes down to the high school level and some of us had those type of coaches. But most will still leave that responsibility to an OC or DC because the whole job depends on being competent on both sides of the ball. Right now we are extremely incompetent on the offensive side of the ball. And it might cost him a once in a lifetime job if he doesn't change course. A job which could turn him into the next Texas coaching legend if he played his cards right. Right now he's on the fast track of folding and going to the cashier to pay the house it's money
  11. I just hear a Sark in denial. Unfortunately.
  12. I don’t think these guys have heard a good verbal ass kicking from a coach
  13. Gomer Pyle called one our UGA games last year. For a Cajun last name he sure favors UGA for some reason$.
  14. Everyone of these guys will not ask Sark the hard questions tomorrow. Pay me your $9.95.
  15. I hate to bring up Mack Brown. This is what he did during his peak years in Austin. Like Saban , he had coaches leave and take HC or top coordinator jobs themselves because they proved their worth at UT. Trouble is unlike Saban, he got lazy and didn’t replace them with up and comers who were looking at building their resumes the same so they could get their own coaching gigs along with getting complacent with recruiting.
  16. Didn’t you hear half the SEC lost their games yesterday?
  17. This would be a path to go in most organizations where corrections are needed. I’m not sure Sark recognizes this applies to a football team. Publicly the spin is “nothing to see here.” We better hope in private, especially in CDC’s office it is the exact opposite. I’ll give CDC credit because he’s been pretty responsive with not letting things go down the tubes too far before he pulls the plug in our other sports programs. He didn’t let Terry have another season nor did he keep Pierce around at the Disch either.
  18. The schedule got real against UTEP.
  19. I wouldn’t poke at a part time QB from a .500 Sunbelt team. I mean Vandy is winning games with a QB from fricken New Mexico State who built its reputation taking pay checks for an easy home win for SEC and Big 12 teams. He’s likely to earn another Top 25 win in a couple of weeks at DKR assuming we are still in the Top 25 which we shouldn’t be even with our “win” last night.
  20. If the trend continues, Arch won’t be back next season. Based on performance alone, he’d be lucky to go back to his home state and get a starting job at Louisiana Monroe or Nicholls State. I think over the years many of us have seen decent to spectacular QB’s overcome mediocre coaching to the point it made that coach look like a genius. Yes I’m thinking about Greg Davis here when Vince improvised and saved his and Mack Brown’s job at the right time. This is a situation where there is some very obvious mechanical and psychological flaws at play with Arch on top of a con job done by Sark and staff over the off season to hide our weaknesses with our O-line. What QB either in a transfer or four or five star out of high school would want to walk into this shit show next season? The only way this gets fixed is Sark is very upfront that he screwed up and that is not happening. His post game comments last night were pretty much a tell. We will see if the $9.95’ers have spine tomorrow. And as the season keeps going down the toilet, we will see if CDC has the same
  21. Let’s just say for arguments sake this is factual. Then this is why you hire damn good assistants and you delegate like Saban would do. If he delegated the offense to capable assistants including an OC, then he can deal with the personal issues better. We can wish all we want. He’s not hiring an OC.
