Their players could start opting out for the bowl game without committing to anything beyond the bowl game.

I think they can by the rules when a coaching change happens. But sanctions should be placed on a school who knowingly deceives recruits like this because it’s looking like the school knew this was going on before signing day.

More like a Netflix mini series these days. Dateline is so 1990’s.

They must have their share in Michigan. While Harbaugh wasn’t an alleged abuser. He seemed to be a little awkward at times.

I just want to see Cignetti match this in one of the playoff games.- 2025 FCS Playoff Bracket (4 TX teams)

Proves the point you can have a bunch dead brain cells in your head and work at ESPN. Of course we know this because the Longhorn Network via ESPN employed Lowell Galindo.- Tell Me About Notre Dame
I have your back on this part of the argument. That was said over and over by the media and the committee members themselves leading up to the week or two leading up to the CCG when it was clearer who was going to be playing in those games. It's not only the total double standard on who's CCG should not count against them, it's also the eyeball test about how a bad loss is counted too. How can Bama's loss to a horrible Florida State team who then lost to horrible Florida team not be part of Bama's judgement on top of their "leaking oil" as Herbie put it the other day as they got into the back end of their schedule. But yet our loss to Florida was allowed to be used against and weighed to with everything we did since that loss. Make it make sense. There has to be some sort of accountability for this committee. I'd really like to know if there is away to get open records requests to see if a record was kept of the meetings. And really this is something that needs to be be part of the process moving forward absent not having actual live streaming of their meetings.- 2025-26 CFP General Discussion
I hope when we play Arky next fall and after we whip their ass we have a video of this dude ready to play like we did with Elko and the Rig 12 doofus the season before after we whipped Tech. Related…I listened to Amanda and Billy’s Podcast yesterday which I have to say is pretty good and when both a Longhorn and aggy can agree the above guy is a moron, then it’s 100% a fact.- 2026 Longhorns Coaching Staff
This is a good start. If Flood is flushed out, then giddy up! Next fall might actually be a lot of fun.- 2026 Longhorns Coaching Staff

Whatever the future holds, we just need to never be in position where we have to go to Tech. Not that I am afraid for us to play them. I just don’t want to see us play them at that dump they call a stadium.- Citrus Bowl, Dec 31st - Texas vs Michigan.
Let’s just hope the Co-op doesn’t print up a bunch of Cheez it Bowl Champions T Shirts and other stuff if we win this game. That is so aggy like. When we won the NIT a few years ago and they did this, it was kind of cringe. I’m sure many of those shirt went straight to the $5 discount rack a week later.- Citrus Bowl, Dec 31st - Texas vs Michigan.
With the playoff expansion almost certain for next season, the end of the bowl season as we know it is in progress. A few like the Citrus, Alamo, etc might be kept around and added to existing bowls in the playoff brackets depending if we go 16 or 24. But I’m thinking the AD’s kind of like the concept where the first rounds are awarded to the team in higher seeds for a home game and with an expansion that might push that to a second round too.- Tell Me About Texas a&m
I'm torn about who to root for in this game. I've hated Miami since the Cotton Bowl in 1991 and aggy is aggy . But on the flipside I'm tired of hearing how much stronger and deserving both Miami and Norte Dame were than us and we all know that is dogshit. If this one game where I wish both teams could lose, this would be it. Fuck'em both- We're the Cheeziest party at Immamac's House Dec 31 2025 - Texas VS Michigan

That thought crossed my mind yesterday. Please let Kevin Mar and his crew be declared the best Rig 12 crew and sent to the Cotton Bowl the next day to call a potential aggy/Ohio State game. It would be fitting crew for both of those teams LOL!- Citrus Bowl, Dec 31st - Texas vs Michigan.
Yes this has always been my take since this has become a thing a few years ago. What are the chances a player actually has a career altering injury that ends a season during the balance of the regular season? And what are the chances this happens in a bowl game to conclude a season? We hear of the times it's occurred and it becomes a narrative like it occurs more often than it really does. - Sherrone Moore's Michigan Meltdown - Staffers, Breakups, Extortion, Cover-Ups, Firings, Knives, Assaults, Breakdowns, Arrests
