  1. Led by Alvarez who next to Kevin Mar used to like to screw us the most.
  2. I think some OU diehards wouldn’t mind another 6-5 or worse season if it meant getting rid of Burnt Vegetables. He’s their Tom Herman. Or Charlie Strong?
  3. Yep. Don’t forget about the late 80’s and the stuff that caused Switzer to leave. With what SMU got during that era, OU should’ve been burned at the stake.
  4. Navy is going to truck OU… And Burnt Vegetables will start next season a top of the coaches on the hot seat list.
  5. Bingo! At least some at OU are surrendering to the fact Burnt Vegetables is on the bubble big time next year. But we know from Charlie and Tom this is what happens when you let the media spin about which up and coming coach deserves his shot with a blur blood program. Sometimes they work, but most of the time they are underwhelming.
  6. Just watch the Chernobyl series on HBO. The campus is this but without the nuclear fallout.
  7. Correct. Of course Bama will point out Mercer is fairly decent FCS team. But still…..
  8. Nine and get rid of the pad the stats/polls game in November. Which BTW for all this idiots from other SEC teams and the media bitching about how “weak” our schedule was, we didn’t get to play that game in November or late October like most everyone else did. We got it after the UTSA game in September. The SEC has always used that game in November to help keep it’s teams ranked in the polls so if they lose a week later, they won’t fall as far in the media polls and it makes the SEC look like the feared gauntlet they told we would never survive. Meanwhile everyone else is playing conference games and risking their poll positions if they are ranked.
  9. Uh , I don’t know if aggy loses this one as much as it pains me to say it. It depends on how many key players at USC decide to opt out in the next few days for one. They were 6-6 and a score away in a couple of games from being 5-7 or 4-8.

  11. Big 10 Refs had no business calling our game last year since Washington was headed to the Big 10 this year. But thank goodness no chance of Rig 12 crew especially led by Marr or Alvarez . At least until the third round.
  12. ACC crews have every incentive to fuck him up based on the fuckery the SEC crews did to Georgia Tech. They likely won’t get an ACC crew if they play Norte Dame because of the scheduling agreement with the ACC for football and the rest of the sports being ACC. Indiana? Maybe.
  13. To my recollection, I have yet to hear Sark call out Refs during or post game like he did the other night. He’s nowhere close to Kirby Cry baby in that regard. That alone should tell us it was obvious and not being called. Even during some the obvious Rig jobs in the Rig 12 like the Kevin Mar crew calling zero penalties against Okie State a few years ago , Sark showed no anger much less a mention in passing.
  14. In this new format, I wonder if coaches get to voice disapproval for Refs. We shouldn’t want Rig 12 Refs anywhere near DKR next Saturday because the following week is the Rig 12 Rep awaiting the winner. Clemson would be an easier path for ASU for sure.
  15. Kirk or Chris after the play remarked from seeing the other angle which I can’t find that Kirby almost made an assist on the play and showed his foot almost on the field of play.
  16. That fucking coach in black is already calling the next play and the QB isn’t even out of bounds. But no sideline interference? What a fucking joke.
  17. Welcome. Glad to have you on board to hate on Kirby and the SEC Refs
  18. Look at Kirby when he pushed the MSU QB. He had to be on the field of play when the play came to conclusion as you can see from this angle. How in the hell is this whole clusterfuck of a play not called sideline interference on top of unsportsmanlike conduct? Of course the SEC office yawned . The Ref on the field had every right to throw a flag for both if not just one but did not do it because….. it’s Kirby being Kirby. But let a celebration happen after a good stop like we did against UK and the flag comes out. It was a warning, but it gave the Refs the go ahead to tack on 15 yards if they chose to throw a flag later for sideline interference.
  19. I agree about holding with being the subjective call of the times in football. Roughing the passer is coming up fast though. I’ve seen QB’s including our own take hits later after releasing the ball or toward the head and it not called including yesterday. We got called for roughing and even Kirk and Chris questioned it.
  20. It should be more than one. Go for two so you have one each half.
  21. The fact that every penalty called on UGA in the first half was offset by a Texas penalty is convenient too. At least for those who will not concede some funny business was at hand. That gives them an out to say UGA was getting the attention of the Refs, but Texas was so penalty prone the Horns couldn’t use it them to their advantage. I think this happened three times in the first half and none in the second half only because the Refs stopped flagging the holding that was supposedly prevalent in the first half by Texas that was either fixed or just wasn’t being called anymore because Sark called it out at half. But how many times in a typical game are penalties save for stuff like unsportsmanlike conduct offset? How many times in a half of football does it occur if you want to zero in further.
