  1. Here’s one. There’s more but it has worked for us. Edit: here’s is another just yesterday.
  2. The wildcat works and would be really good given what we have at the RB position. The problem is Sark running the same shit out of it without trying to mix it up. Our run game is beginning to look like Herman in terms of predictability.
  3. At this point we should just play super aggressive. I don’t care if we get beat over the top on 50/50 deep balls. Last year that’s all tech did against us and we won by 35. It’s ridiculous that on 3 and 5 I have no faith in us stopping a quick slant or a comeback to the sticks. But hey, like scipio said, at the least we didn’t get beat over the top in overtime when all tech needed was a FG.

This little bit had me pumped. Sry about the cat meme but it vibes with what I was probably doing at the time.
  5. Good stuff. If Flores works out then our middle infield should bet solid. It was interesting that Pierce made a comment on how wants everyone to be on the same page philosophically. Also, glad Tulo is hanging around.

    This shit rocks.
  8. Wait, are you saying they had better talent at the TE position compared to us?
  9. We switch QB’s and we win by 50. Harris should be at a bigger program right now because he’s the only reason they had a chance last night. He could start for KSU, Kansas, Tech, Iowa St and TCU.
  10. I think they played solid in the second half, but overall it wasn’t pretty.
  11. The bad PI call on Watts gave them 7, should have been 3.
  12. There was a worry by a lot of people that we were basically throwing the same guys out there and it would be dumb to think there will be better results. That worry was justified in a lot of ways. Sorrell didn’t play a ton last year but but the majority of guys that did, have shown improvement. I dunno if we as fans will ever know why or how the switch happened, if it was a second year in the system, GP(or both him and PK), better S&C, etc... Whatever happened I’m happy to see it.
  13. Bullet, go look at what he posted and you can clearly see the Bama rb circled, which the stupid refs clearly thought Young was throwing towards as he was going down. He’s close enough for a smooth brain ref to think Young could actually complete that pass. Hell, the rb he was throwing to actually gave up because like everyone else watching, he knew Young was down.
  14. Then the refs must have ruled the wr @Constant pointed out was in the area, or at least where Young was trying to throw the ball, which would almost be impossible for him to recognize in that split second.
  15. I’m lost on this and probably missing the obvious but what is the difference between this, and a qb throwing it at the defensive lineman’s feet or one of them blocking a pass on a screen play? Most of those screen plays start with the rb catching it behind the LOS.
  16. Why give team orders today to swap? They were gonna finish 7/8 either way (until DRs engine blew). If LN is faster, he can pass. I don’t think it has anything to do with Lando’s ego and what he thinks should happen. Imo the situation is strictly decided on how McLaren wants the team to function. If Lando had a big ego then he would have bitched about not being able to pass Danny last year at Monza which he could have done even with Danny getting the fastest lap on the final lap. At the end of the day McLaren is going to favor the young and more productive driver, especially letting him compete until the end no matter what like he got to do against Checo. Lando was on fresh soft tires so they might as well order a pass.
  17. On one hand I understand McLaren at this point letting Lando get the most of the team, it makes the most sense with him driving better and obviously going to be back next year as the clear #1. On the other hand, my subjective point of view, I’d like to see them give Danny a more favorable strategy when it’s there so he can improve his chances of ‘24 and beyond. But at this point in their relationship I think thats wishful thinking, and we should just accept McLaren is ready for this ride to be over with.
  18. 3 laps to go with Danny in the points, and he gets engine failure…
  19. The secondary being much improved is why I think it’s a split on GP and PK. PK finally has someone that he trust with the backend which allows him to do his thing with the front dline. Imo Terry Joseph, and maybe Gideon, aren’t being talked about as much when it comes to the failures of the secondary.
  20. I found the play. It was actually a 1st and 10 but the point still stands.
  21. I still can’t get over when in the first quarter Ewers threw Worthy that 15 yard out on like 3 & 12 and he did an easy toe tap on the sidelines. Klatt audibly laughed in disbelief that Ewers flicked it over there with such ease. There are guys in the NFL who can’t make that throw.
  22. I only like half of your post haha but the doc was good. George really let those guys just do whatever the fuck they wanted to do for the first movie.
  23. SIAP but there’s a video of Danny talking about a year off on a hot mic with checo. Probably just discussing his options with the mic catching the “year off” part but who knows what exactly a year off means to him. I think at this point Danny is also trying to figure out if he wants to continue racing in general, even if that means there won’t be a seat for him in F1 for ‘24 and beyond. I don’t know what’s going to happen next for him, and I think there’s some validity to the number of rumors going around just because he’s such an asset, but whatever happens I hope he makes the right choice after making questionable ones in the past.
