  1. They’re going to have to be aggressive at the plate and put balls in play. We need to have the highest percentage for putting balls in play which may lead to runs like today but hopefully as the season progresses hits start to be normalized with runners in scoring position. This lineup just doesn’t have the juice like we saw last year but they have at least shown the ability to hit the ball hard, and put runners in scoring position through small ball.
  2. Eh, I’m willing to see what he’s got at a position he’s probably more comfortable at rather than keeping Daly in the lineup.
  3. Flores at short
  4. Wind or not, we’ve had some hard hit outs tonight.

Pretty cool your first hit as a horn is a homer. Nice

You seem to be overthinking the situation with Kash. Pierce has shown on multiple occasions that he’ll give freshmen opportunities to show what they can do. If they show any kind of ability to succeed then he’s given them more lead. Kash simply looked lost as goose in hale storm at the plate. And if you think because he was a highly sought after prospect and should be given more time, then I don’t know what you want from a coach that is trying to win.
  7. We also have some more pieces that could find their way on the field. Plenty of time before conference play.
  8. Dalys approach looks very similar to last year.
  9. Would be gruntled. Outside of his ranking and commitment to Vandy, we haven’t seen a whole lot to be excited about, or lead us to believe he’s due for a jump.
  10. Same. I’m on mobile

I forgot Hurley is really tall. He looked good

Yeah, I can see that and you’re probably right. The shuffling around is going to happen a ton before conference play which we’re young and inexperienced so to be expected. I just hope by then we have at least 3-4 guys out of the pen we can count on to throw strikes. Finally having a true pitching coach should help.

I thought he could possibly turn into our CQ out of the pen…maybe not necessarily this year tho. I don’t see him becoming a starter this year with only 2 pitches.
  15. Ads

I logged out and logged back in and there are still ads all over. I’m on iPhone mobile, dark mode and using Firefox.
  16. Good luck to him and I hope he finds a good landing spot. No more of this at least….
  17. @Doc Daneeka post above.
  18. Before millers long run, Wiley held Barron on what was the most egregious open field holds I’ve seen in my life. The next play, millers runs for 70 while Watts (I think) gets held by a blocking wr. That 7 points was totally gifted by the refs in favor of tcu. I’m not sure we pull out a win tho with the way our offense was playing.
  19. I wish we could bitch about the results of a playoff game that involves our team. Instead, I’m stuck reading bitches talk about a stupid bowl game in which we didn’t have bijan, Rojo and DMO and still almost walked away with a win against a 10-2 Washington team that had all their studs play.
  20. Well, Sark is getting highly rated Wrs and QBs while also loading up in the trenches. He may suck as a game day coach but at least he’s giving himself a chance. Hell, Herman had senior Sam throwing to fucking Kai Money on pivotal plays against OU.
  21. I can see it now. Ewers is up all night thinking that he threw 31-47, over 300 yards, no picks, and should of had 2 touchdowns but if he just cut his hair to a certain style then maybe people will respect him more. I don’t know why he hasn’t done it yet tbh.
  22. A roster relying on Ovie, Bush, Dorsey, and at some points Taffee does not scream stacked to me. As it pertains to depth, we are objectively bad at key positions.
