  1. All fair. He might well live up to his ranking but we have to remember there was a time this year that both Daly and DC sucked, and O’Dowd didn’t come in. Again I’m not saying he’s terrible and we should be on the market for SS, there just not a whole there from here or at Vanderbilt. I wouldn’t be shocked if we see competition for SS next year.
  2. I mean for a guy that only had 4 appearances and 5 TC’s this year I don’t think there’s much there.
  3. Put me in the camp that doesn’t have a ton of faith in O’Dowd. Not saying he can’t but there’s just not much from this year that has me excited about him possibly being our SS.
  4. Yep. Gonna go ahead and log off the baseball board for a bit so the sandy vaginas can do their thing.
  5. If @Fletch was a dog, he’d be the brown one. Mother fucker looks higher than kite.
  6. Danny Ric P9
  7. That one kid who got thrown out of the game after a strike 2 call looked pretty stupid.
  8. Yeah, idk man. ND faced one of the best lineups in college baseball but it was their bats that struck out the Tennessee hitters.
  9. Cool. They only had over 7 runs once, but hey I guess one game helps that. But only scoring 3 on Sunday with that lineup is pretty bad. Maybe, just maybe, ND’s staff is good.
  10. They’re not impressive as they made Tennessee look stupid at home. Geez
  11. I put that stormtrooper job up there with their failure to defeat some teddy bears with sticks. Didn’t look competent at all.
  12. Yep. Him walking fast through the tunnels reminded me exactly of ESB. Then of course the training parallels. I think the theory may have some weight to it now.
  13. 60 mins of Vader and Obi-Wan wrecking shit, and 30 mins of Obi-Wan having a jolly time with force ghost qui-gon.
  14. It makes you think what they’re going to do next. These two are definitely going to see each other again but now Obi-Wan will be a lot closer to the force than he was in episode 3. They showed Obi-Wan still sees Anakin in Vader but does Vader see this? I don’t think he fully realizes this (because of his hatred towards Obi-Wan), and now there needs to be a major moment in episode 6 between the two for Vader to realize that while he thinks he’s got all of this power, he’s still can’t get past Obi-Wan. Then Vader proceeds to go on a 9 year journey to become the true master. Going to be a helluva finale.
  15. I think we haven’t seen any flashbacks with Anakin and Obi-Wan up to this point because they didn’t want it to be viewed as fan service or feel forced and I now that we got a big one, the payoff was worth it. It fits the story they’re trying to tell between the their relationship better while also giving us more insight. The Anakin padawan duel shows how the line of “when I left you I was the learner, but now I’m the master” has more depth to it even in the future when he’s now morphed into Vader. Because Vader is made up of all the wrong doings of Anakin, Obi-Wan is still the master. This episode was really well done in propelling Vaders overall character and story.
  16. A couple of these things have been explained already. The species of the GI has two stomachs which is where the staby stab happened then of course he’s alive in rebels. The dude was going to show up sometime. Also, wasn’t the point of her sending obi wan with only two troopers because of the discussion they had earlier?
  17. Texas for sure and OU to a certain extent since we played a series in Arlington and the conference tournament.
  18. Never go full turbonerd.
  19. Yeah this is what I was getting at with Pete. He had god like numbers last year and expecting him to replicate that would be insane.
  20. Nixon there’s just no positives at all. With Stevens he’s at least giving this team a reliable arm as of late. I don’t know if I’d put Pete in the same category as the other two because while he hasn’t been super dominant like last year, he’s still considered an ace and a really good college pitcher. But yeah you could still technically say he regressed from last year. 1.46 ERA last year, my goodness Pete.
  21. It’s 9 years. Get your facts straight. /s
