Do you happen to be a fan of the Cowboys as well? I sure hope you aren’t, that would just be an awful time being a fan of Texas, Ferrari and the Cowboys.
While not strong at all, the only argument you could make for Danny is that he is one of the most marketable drivers on the grid. He brings McLaren a ton of money outside of the track. Even then that amount is still too much for him at this point in his career.
Sorry if already discussed on a different thread. The new Disney ILM documentary was fascinating to watch. They showed some cool footage from the OT that I’ve never seen before, as well as other films like Indiana Jones and Jurassic Park. It’s wild to think that the original crew at ILM, with their weird and crazy backgrounds of work, would completely change the game of filmmaking.
I don’t mind our new lineup on its own, but I’m not sure it’s going to compliment what we have in terms pitching, and defense to a lesser degree. But who knows, none of us thought Ivan was golden spikes material, Messinger hitting as good as he did down the stretch or the same with Gordon as a pitcher, and so on. Some guys may surprise us and change our entire outlook of the team come late March.
Really dumb of them to do. McLaren had two examples of hards not working and they still went with them. It cost Danny a chance to finish in the points and maybe even Lando finishing better.
Finally got around to seeing it and I enjoyed it overall. Most of the jokes landed while others didn’t even come close but I thought the comedy was good. I like how they handled Thor and Janes relationship throughout the movie with it kinda being like an action rom-com. It’s definitely not better than Ragnarok but still a nice movie that I’ll probably enjoy watching more than once.
Just finished it and overall I enjoyed the show a lot. The long takes were pretty cool. I also couldn’t stop thinking that Richie looks exactly like Chris Martin from Coldplay.
Texas baseball should be at the very top every year for NIL, and be equipped to handle any type of recruitment. A high powered NIL machine at University of Texas for baseball would be really hard to beat.
Yeah, it’s a great avenue for guys that could play D1 but need some work. They can play immediately at JUCO, which is why the guy I knew chose JUCO. He needed live reps show off his true potential and that wasn’t going to be there at a D1. I have a ton of respect JUCO guys for the amount of sacrifices they make.
Yep. Knew of a guy that decided to go the JUCO route. When to Ranger, TX where there is absolutely nothing to do but play baseball. He ended up going to a D1 after his sophomore year.
That movie, Four Christmases, isn’t so bad and Duvall is fine in it. I don’t really turn my brain on when it’s on tv. The scenes where they go to Duvall’s house to open presents and install the satellite is one of the best parts.
