  1. When did our RBs become the drummers for Spinal Tap?
  2. Thanks. I can't believe I just missed that. So 23 OOC dogs since they joined the SECx3. 24 was a decent guess.
  3. So you're basically the Sublime of beer?
  4. What you posted are FACTOIDS. They look like facts but they are not. The unstated assumption is that the wins you totaled up are equal in value. With the Charmin-soft OOC scheduling of the SECx3, that assumption is false.
  5. Take out 3-4 annually every year for the past 7 seasons at an absolute minimum. Call it 24 or so at a guess.
  6. They just have to get on the ride. They found out at the end.
  7. "I have no direct recollection of that Senator..."
  8. Probably not a good sign when the O-Line had so much trouble in pass protection and preventing penetration at the LOS last season.
  9. " Auburn comes with the corner blitz so naturally the safety rolls over the top from depth. Either that route on the sideline should break at about 6 yards for an easy completion or Burrow needs to get his eyes to the other side of the field. Throwing the fade against a defender that was off at 12 yards from the start is weird." One of the consistent themes of weak QB play in the SECx3 is the speed (or lack thereof) with which they are able to come off their primary read. If you watch enough games with top SEC teams you will notice how little the QBs' heads move while surveying the field from the pocket. In many cases they seem to only be surveying half the field the whole time. The primary exception to this is when flushed from the pocket or forced to evade the rush. They change focus to the pass rushers then resurvey the field - often with good results. This is a non-issue when the talent gap is so wide that the primary receiver is almost always open. It's also not an issue when the QB can get a good pre-snap read. With disguised coverage and post snap pattern changes it becomes a huge issue when talent is comparable.
  10. What is the admission policy for the scrimmage? My niece would like to go but it's a long drive for her. Is it possible to get reserved seats?
  11. It sounds bad when you say it that way...
  12. Any aggy with a brain is thanking God they are in the Fatball(TM) League instead of facing spread and Air Raid teams every week. Even facing run, run, screen offenses last year aggy was the #98 passing defense in the country. They were 12th (woop!) out of 14 teams in the SEC. aggy was even worse in pass efficiency defense, ranking #106 (and #12 in conference again). They will likely be worse this year. Of their 6 players 2 or more sacks, aggy returns only one. They had 7 guys with 7+ TFLs last year. One of them returns (the same guy as for sacks). Basically they lost almost everyone who created defensive pressure last season. Exactly one player (Madubuike) returns. As bad as the aggy pass defense was last year, imagine how much worse it would have been without all of the top 3-4 sack and TFL guys and most of the next 3-4 as well. Their secondary looks slow as hell and now they've lost the one thing that kept their pass D one spot above Ole Miss and a few notches over Arkansas. Good luck with that aggy!
  13. Nobody thinks the 2017 Longhorn offense was great. I notice you avoided talking about the 2017 defense and it's obvious why. Based on the MU results, that Longhorn D was approximately twice as strong as Georgia and 3x stronger than Florida. Just keep throwing up red herrings and softballs.
  14. So when Texas forces 2 turnovers they're just undeserved gifts. But when LSU gets 5 turnovers that is evidence of how much better they are than UGa. I understand perfectly now.
  15. So in a few years the #sheeptoo hashtag should be trending.
  16. I'm going to try ot answer this. Or at least answer what my Moron to English translator spit out. LSU won't be the best D Texas faces this season. That would be the defense the offense practices against every day. I just spot checked your claim enough to establish that it was BS. In Big XII play Baylor averaged 24.4 points per game. They scored 45 in the bowl. Oklahoma State was at 33.8 PPG in conference. 38 against Mizzou. I'd show you the data and the calculation but my dog would probably get more out of them. Feel free to call your accountant and have him check the numbers.

  19. From the looks of things, a lot of them are working their keyboards one handed. Jeeez.
  20. Dear Redass Letters I never thought this would happen to me but...
  21. When the party line changes drastically there is usually confusion, panic and a bit of chaos in Pyongyang too.
