  1. Sorry. All those white dudes look alike to me.
  2. $12.5 mil now https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/college/2016/01/30/texas-a-m-joins-college-sports-financial-elite/79567194/
  3. Yes, aggy is tier 1 - just like UTEP, UNT, Tech and Cougar High. They succeeded in the immediate goal but failed in their real quest. The "failed" part was thinking that would make them a peer of THE University of by God Texas. So they went the Joe Stalin route (quantity has a quality all its own) in their next Wile E. Coyote like attempt. Just like the guy from Wham! who said they were bigger than the Beatles because they had more band members. Also research spending per capita is part of the formula for determining which schools qualify as tier 1. By pursuing virtual open enrollment policy, aggy is endangering that status and what was once presented at the top goal of their college. The only constant is their penis envy.
  4. It's a feature not a bu....oh wait.
  5. It's like a Soviet 5 Year Plan over there. Focused on inputs not results and obsessed with quantity while completely ignoring quality. I remember that aggy tried pouring resources into becoming a tier 1 research university about 20 years ago. Just never realized how far they swung in the opposite direction when Plan A failed.
  6. aggy doesn't know and aggy doesn't want to know.
  7. "I don't always tweet at recruits. But when I do it's always incredibly retarded." --- the most interesting aggy on the web
  8. Just a bizarre set of memes from aggy. Their top WR had 48 touches last year (45 receptions, 3 carries). Their beast of burden RB had almost 300 touches.
  9. That's fair. The really frustrating thing about Mayfield and especially Murray was their quickness more than pure speed. They were able to dodge defenders inside the pocket to buy time to throw as well as doing it in the open field. I don't see that in Hurts. He's a dangerous open field runner once he breaks the pocket. I don't see him as having the situational awareness and change of direction that made pass rushing against that last 2 OU QBs such a PITA.
  10. That's gotta sting.
  11. Scary? No. But make no mistake, Hurts is a very good runner. It's his ability to diagnose defenses and make read progressions that I question. He was a backup in a conference where Jake Fromm was the best passer by far.
  12. I did not know Candi was a Stones fan...
  13. Futility level reminded me of this:
  14. Humpday is followed by Ewe Love Thursday.
  15. He can't admit that one of their top recruits wasn't good enough for even a lower mid-tier Big XII team. It would kill his entire NU-centric world view. It's like dealing with aunts and uncles who can't admit you're an adult and treat you like one. Doing so would be an acknowledgement that they're OLD.
  16. This. The irony of aggy acting the baby momma welfare queen is hilarious.
  17. So if Murray's balls shrivel up in the NFL it might just be by comparison?
  18. Texas survived the Brad McCoy experience.
  19. You're not wrong...
  20. We have always been at war with Eastasia.
  21. Article from SB Nation on this topic. They agree on Hurts' ability to make secondary reads. They expect more of a run first mentality, with emphasis on read option to match Hurts' skill set better. Obviously very dependent on OU's ability to rebuild after losing 4 OL starters. https://www.sbnation.com/college-football/2019/1/22/18191583/jalen-hurts-oklahoma-offense-quarterback
  22. They told us A&M meant nothing 20 years ago. Now they're putting that into practice. No one erases history quite like aggy.
