  1. Based on this line of questioning to the Texas Ranger, it sounds like we’re going to get a comparison of the layouts of the apartments.
  2. Day 3 starting. One of the jurors has a “professional relationship” with one of yesterday’s witness. May have to dismiss the juror.
  3. If the alternative is reaching for a gun, yes.
  4. If she can reach for her gun, she can reach for the light switch.
  5. The prosecutor is focusing on the location of the light switches just inside the door. Continuing to build toward her unreasonable reaction.
  6. What is a realistic timeline on impeachment proceedings?
  7. If she could see him getting off the couch, she should have also been able to recognize that it wasn’t her couch.
  8. Did no one else ever walked into the wrong apartment? I think I’ve done it twice. Both times I was on the wrong floor and went to the apartment directly above/below mine. On both occasions, it took about half a second before I realized I was in the wrong place and shut the door. Back when I lived in apartments I was also bad about locking my door and had people accidentally come in. One lady screamed because she was surprised. No one shot me. No one hung out for more than a second. Edit: I may even have been horny on one of the occasions.
  9. They’re showing the body cam footage. The doormat in the hallway was clearly visible and almost neon red looking. Inside, there was a lot of shit on the counter, an ironing board out in the middle of the room, and a series of pictures hanging behind the couch. Seems like things a reasonable person could pick up on.
  10. “My slam piece just killed someone? Better delete my thirsty texts.” Very logical line of thinking.
  11. Well, when you look at SMU, it’s all about the tradition of Craig James killing five hookers.
  12. Maybe he thought they could tire out the defense if they kept running. But that seems like a dumb game plan when: 1) our secondary wasn’t good coming into the game; and 2) all the injuries in the secondary during the game. Or maybe he wanted to control the clock. We were running the ball effectively most of the game and OSU was able to have some longer possessions (compared to some of their past offenses) by running the ball so much.
  13. Price drop. $220 total ($110 each) OBO.
  14. Two seats in Section 13, row 35. $250 total for both.
