  1. But you can't give him all the time in the world either. Blitzing will at least give your defense a chance to disrupt their rhythm
  2. Might want to start blitzing more guys. If not, he's going to pick the defense apart.
  3. He's seen more corndogs then we'll see in a lifetime.
  4. It's probably got almost as much offspring as Travis Henry
  5. Atleast you're being honest about his program.
  6. Ah, denial isn't just a river in Egypt. You can sense that asswhipping coming on in a month. Then reality will hit as y'all come back down to earth realizing that y'all were never a true contender in the Pac 12 to begin with. While we'll match records with a tougher schedule and be ranked accordingly. But dealing in reality is never the Utard strong suit, no, they'll never see that glass sealing called the middle of the Pac 12 south and they'll never get to experience the whole nation talking about their program.
  7. You'll never get to experience the level of relevance we've gotten to experience. No national titles, no heismans, no Oulands, no Doak Walkers, no Super Bowl MVP QBs. And no sweetheart exclusive deal with a major network. G'night Utard, enjoy your shift at 7-11
  8. And you should get some rest too, you'll need all your strength for tomorrows shift at 7-11.
  9. Awe, how cute. Little brother trying to act like he's all grown up.. Y'all have quite a bit of catching up to do though....
  10. Shit, they have to give them away for free to their students. Talk shit when your team goes on the road and beats the #6 team in their house.
  11. Do you not 2-for-1 bruh? Not yet, they are about to enter the meat of their schedule with ASU, Oregon and Colorado and a little rivalry game called the Holy War right after that. That right there should be good for 2 losses and a seat on the couch to watch Colorado play one of the Washington schools in the CCG. We've always managed to put together a great schedule for the first half of the season but getting P5 teams to interrupt;pt conference play to play us later in October and November has been a challenge. That changes starting in 2020 when we start a rotation with USC and Stanford for November games. Next season is going to have a brutal start but 3 of the first 4 games will be at home: Week 1 vs Utah, Week 2 @ Tennessee, Week 3 vs USC and Week 4 vs Washington. Later on we have Boise State and San Diego State. You need to up your trolling game. BYU still dominates the state, and that doesn't even include the rest of our fanbase outside of the state, especially in Arizona, Vegas, California and Texas. That's not the same as owning the state. Had we not had Robert Anae as OC at the time, he'd be playing for us. The Covey's are a legacy family for BYU. It was a 2-for-1 arrangement and an effort to help out a fellow independent. We are simply honoring our end by making the return trip after 2 straight home games in the series.
  12. Pretty easy to sell out a 45k stadium when you practically give away tickets. Get back to me when you match our attendance average and reach 67k attendance.
  13. at least we won a national title and became the original Quarterback U.
  14. This. They passed over BYU because of religion and politics. Any other rationalization thrown out there is a smoke screen. The Liberal Pac 12 presidents arre anti-religion and this move reflected that. Utah just so happened to be a state school in the same region who happened to have 2 great seasons in their pathetic history.
  15. and it's 21 year old sophomores. They can go on missions now when they are 18. And it's not really an advantage anyways since they come home out of shape and rusty having not worked out or trained for 2 full years. If anything it's a disadvantage.
  16. Blair is a thug. That's his 2nd ejection for targetting. Not surprising for a program that routinely lays dirty and takes cheap shots at opponents.
  17. They haven't taken over that state. The BYU fant base still outnumbers Utah's 3-1, and it's a tossup between BYU and UU for the states top recruits. But Utah has weak JC level academic requirements and no self-imposed restrictions while BYU does and an academic qualification requirements that are unrealistically high for a competitive program. That's how we lost Star Lotuleilei who originally committed to us but didn't qualify academically.
  18. This. I'm willing to bet the Chip Kelly experiment fizzles out in a couple years and their revolving coaching door continues turning.
  19. or recruiting restrictions like requiring good character and and solid academics....
  20. No way could they have expected a worse team than last years UCLA team. No way.
