Tech seems like they suck. I have only watched this and the Arizona state game.
I saw the score for the last time they played BYU and didn't watch.
I thought they were beating everyone with big talented dudes? It just looks like a bunch of big slow white guys.
Wisner is a fantastic tandem back when paired with a bruiser. I don't think he leaves. CJ Baxter may leave or get less playing time, which really sucks.
You guys have lost your fucking minds. This isn't hard. There are only 5 maybe 6 teams that have the potential to win a national championship every year. 8 gets you those and some cinderellas that get a chance.
You then make things meaningful by having cross conference play as a tournament with bowl games or exhibitions that's a little akin go the NIT for basketball.
There has been no subsidy for consumer pricing on silicon, it's not just that there is no evidence of this, but it's easy to refute because the prices for consumer products in memory per gb are demonstrably higher than what hyperscalers buy at scale with long term agreements.
The main issue with this isn't supply/demand dynamics, it's an artificial demand bump and an intentional supply shortage. The primary thing that will happen from this which benefits only the hyperscalers and memory companies will be that there won't be memory available for consumer PCs.
What has happened is people can run their own inference for cheaper than buying a cloud service and they are trying to remove the option for most people and have it be inaccessible. The rest of the consumer PC market be damned.
The cost of a single board computer including all components - even the CPU and storage is $35 and now the memory alone will cost $35 dollars. This will either put the SBC manufacturer out of business with no margins or they will increase price and the value won't be there for the typical consumer of those items.
This is way beyond normal commodity cycle things, this is intentional scarcity that impacts individual consumers and not large corporate entities by design.
8 teams. All at large. Cancel CCG unless there are divisions and for those make championship weekend tournament style matchups for 1-2 3-4 5-6 etc for a competitive conference game to end the season.
I watched some ESPN coverage earlier and they were talking to Lamar Brown. He was like I have to talk to my agent etc. it’s actually kind of wild that this is like a free agency draft period now instead of traditional recruiting for the top guys.
they should have a hs football combine and shit lol
This is a video UM put out highlighting the dental stuff. Around 30s they talk about Don Peterson my grandfather in-law who effectively invented the mouth guard while at Michigan and he served as the team dentist for football and hockey until he retired.

This is a really cool piece they did with it and me and my son Gunnar sat in his seats that we took over to watch the Longhorns beat the Wolverines.
Very cool story.
All of that has actually killed pregame activity/tailgating along with building where tailgate historically was and then making revelxp the only on campus option even if you show up early yourself.
Florida tailgating was far and away better than Texas when we traveled there. I would also say Michigan tailgating is far superior and I go to those games often.
Having an empty wine garden on bevo blvd or a half empty UT club walled off tent is fucking lame.
Texas Exes tailgate is also fucking terrible, and is for the social crowd not for the people who want to tailgate, watch football and talk about it crowd.
Bevo BLVD itself is pretty cool, but it's also stale. The same rides, the same games, the same shit every time and the entertainment at LCL has gone WAY downhill from peak LSU etc.
They are phoning it in and over commercializing it. It's part of what the majority of complaints are and why there was even a niche/gap in the market for our tailgate. A purists tailgate for everyone else.
Hornballs does a good job for generic, but theirs was 115 a head. Had shittier food and is way further away.
