  1. Bad loss, although not unexpected. Just not disciplined enough with the big penalties and turnovers. This will be just a bad season in the conference overall. I don't see any team going undefeated and I wouldn't be surprised to see a 2-loss team winning it.

    NFL Week 3

Falcons will fire their coach and hire Texas Tech's coach
  3. We will see if the weaknesses we showed today continue to get exposed, especially against the better teams. No excuse to look that bad for 27 minutes of the 2nd half against one of the worst teams in the conference (and worst defenses).
  4. Texas looked bad...very bad. We just ended up taking advantage of a team that showed their true colors in the last 3 minutes. That was the easiest comeback ever, we barely even broke a sweat, it was like a scrimmage.
  5. Matt Wells is awful. Hope Texas Tech keeps him there for a LONG time because it's a guaranteed win for the Horns. He coaches scared, makes weird decisions, just not what I see to be a winning coach in this conference
  6. I've been on the Matt Campbell is overrated train for years. If the big programs come calling, he'll eventually be exposed even more with a bigger spotlight. He should probably stay at ISU for a long time, where he can keep getting them bowl-eligible every year, with maybe 8-9 wins being the apex in the really good seasons
  7. He'll be fine. Probably a divorce (hope he got a prenup), he'll get full custody of his kids, and then he'll have even more sympathy from the hoes now because of this traumatic experience. Him and his brother can continue to have more orgies in the future...no problem!
  8. Bad luck with the injuries during the season and then the coronavirus shutting down workouts. He would have impressed at the Pro Day and team workouts to at least go in round 3. When he wasn't healthy early in the season and things weren't looking good, I said he should consider taking a redshirt. Coming back in 2020 fully healthy with a senior QB would have been easy to put up big numbers. He would have been an older prospect but if you're good enough, teams won't care (see Calvin Ridley drafted in the 1st round as a 24 yr old)
  9. Del Conte will say Shaka continues to be unlucky as he won't get the chance to go on a tourney run
  10. Every champion in every sport this year is gonna have the Coronavirus asterisk?
  11. CDC will say Shaka was just unlucky today
  12. Got humbled in the 1st half but it's a long game. Can Shaka motivate them to come back?
  13. Looking at the big picture, I could honestly see a Sweet 16 run. It's gonna be like K-State 2 years ago when they made the Elite 8. Fluke season for Bruce Weber...Shaka will do the same
  14. Good win...Texas is gonna do some damage in the Big XII tournament. They handled TX Tech in Lubbock and then still won at Norman despite the free throw disparity. Just gotta face it, this is one of the better teams in the conference and if a few things go right, they can beat Baylor or Kansas
  15. Congrats to OP. Prediction might finally be coming true
  16. In a down year as a whole for the conference, Texas is really looking like one of the better teams. Winning on the road in Lubbock (not an easy place to play) shows that they could probably beat anyone outside of Baylor/Kansas on a neutral court. They're definitely making the tournament
  17. Same ol' story. Home court usually wins out in this conference
  18. He will be safe. Finishing as a middle of the pack team in the conference with a shot at the tournament will be enough for CDC, who is looking for ANY excuse to keep him. Only way he gets fired now or in future seasons is if they have a completely rock bottom year where they finish last or close to last.
  19. The Shaka Sell Job is on full display by this announcer. "Most impressive win of Shaka's time at Texas" Lol
  20. Looking like another 8-10 season in the conference. A year where everyone sucks outside of Kansas and Baylor
  21. That NIT championship experience hasn't helped in these last 2 games
  22. Baylor getting exposed. OU was able to shut them down in the Big XII championship aside from a few fluke plays that kept them in it. The UGA defense is not even breaking a sweat, Rhule might as well wave the white flag to start the 2nd half and get the backups some experience
  23. Baylor doesn't look ready. Too distracted with Rhule and the NFL. UGA should blow em out
  24. We just outclassed Utah tonight. They're not used to that level of football in the Pac-12...punched them in the mouth and they quit. We may not be great but a mid-tier Pac-12 program is rarely gonna beat us in a bowl game
