No way.
Then the SEC is out of the playoffs.

It's happening. The ACC is so bad this year.
I think it will happen if the committee is staring down the barrel of a 1 loss SEC champ Bama, 1 loss Big 12 champ Texas, and undefeated FSU.

Except he has been saying it for weeks to a national audience

They’re going to put both these teams in the playoff if Bama wins.
No the fuck they arent
Just now, Macanudo said:Yep. Anyone who thinks otherwise is kdding themselves. The only way I could see UGa not getting in would have been a 3-4 TD loss to Bama. They lose 24-20 or somethign like that and both UGA and Bama get in ahead of us. Then we're praying for FSU AND Michigan losses later.
Let's compare the 3 teams:
1. Conference Championship (Bama and Texas) (Bonus point for Texas they beat the SEC champs and are the only team in the field with a win over another playoff team) Tex > Bama > Georgia
2. Head 2 Head (Adv Texas who beat Bama) (Adv Bama who beat Georgia) Tex > Bama > Georgia
Shit this isnt going to well for Georgia, let's move to item 3....
3. Strength of Schedule (Texas > Bama > Georgia)
Well shit there is always...
4. Common Opponents (Adv Texas who beat Bama on the road) (Georgia lost to Bama at a neutral site)
Well there you have it folks, obviously Georgia is going to get in over Texas!!! SEC! SEC! SEC! SEC! SEC!

It must be hard to put lipstick on this pig. Boring game so far. Lots of piss poor offense and now a missed field goal.

are you sayin bama win OR FSU win? we don't need both. FSU win puts us in regardless of what happens in the SEC champ game.
I think you mean FSU loss

Pretty much everybody in the media is saying Texas is in with a bama win and fsu win. Either by excluding bama/sec or putting bama and Texas in and booting fsu. These aren’t Texas homers, seems like the the most common take. Unprecedented times. I’d rather fsu loses and nothing else matters. Georgia is out if they lose.

i fucking hate Georgia I’m just being honest
Alabama beats the #1 team in the country in the SEC title game they get in dude.
It sucks but that’s how it is.We beat them head to head, we are going over them. Better chance that they leave out undefeated FSU for 1 loss Bama in a situation like that.

Fucking game makes me nervous. Want Georgia to win close. I guess…that’s how I think we get in. But Saban has their number also. Fuck…
Georgia winning by 100 or 1 does fuck all for us

They won’t keep a SEC team out.
They could put Georgia and Bama over us dude. We play in a shit ass conference that gets zero respect.
Bullshit.

Boring game so far. Which is good. The less hype the better.

Are we looking at Texas v Ohio State in the Fiesta Bowl?
Depends on the outcomes of other games.

Also to all the Georgia dickriders. If they lose, Texas slammed the door on any chance they would elevate UGA over us with their performance today. No chance that will happen now. If UGA loses they are 1000% out.

If FSU beats Louisville BIG, then we're out regardless. They aren't going to sit Bama for us despite the H2H. If FSU barely wins or loses, we aren't guaranteed with a Bama win. They could easily put Georgia in over us even when they shouldn't.
I think they will. In fact, I am very confident.

What is this ESPN FPI bullshit? I see FSU is favored by just 1. So pretty much even money. But the FPI gives FSU a 72% chance to win
FPI doesnt account for injuries

Texas is in over Bama. They played a game on the field and it was decisive.

3. Georgia win.
4. Michigan win.
5. Florida State loss. Or very crappy win.
2 out of the optimum scenario done. Alabama could win if Florida State loses. Then Texas AND Alabama might get in and leave Georgia out, but I'd rather not risk them putting Georgia and Alabama in and leaving us out.We need to root for a Bama win right now, and if you cant understand that, you cant be helped.
Just now, Modessit said:1 minute ago, The_Great_Hornsby said:I can see an undefeated FSU getting left out if Bama and Texas are both sitting on a loss and it becomes a questions of leaving the SEC out. I think they will fuck over FSU because that will be less controversial than leaving out Texas who beat the SEC champ head to head. It'll depend on how FSU wins. If they win 49-10, then they're in. If they win 10-7, then maybe not.
Agreed. How the game looks is very important.

Washington in, 0% chance we get that spot.
Oregon in, >0% chance.
You can't argue that, so instead you argue a point that nobody made.
I realize there's a lot of moving parts and that's confusing for you. But that doesn't mean just conceding potential spots is the best option.
At the end of the day the best chance is FSU losing.STFU about PAC 12 shit. It is over. Washington is in. Move the fuck on.

Man, FSU may want to win by a decent margin. I didn't think it was possible for them to go undefeated and miss out but.... damn.
Only if we are sitting there with a 1 loss Bama imo. I dont think theyll leave out undefeated FSU for Texas. They WILL leave them out for Bama.
SEC Championship Bama v. Georgia

Then Bama would be ahead of us already. I am not seeing SEC bias in their rankings. I am seeing a committee that is honoring the head to head and has been enamored by good offense (with Oregon).
