  1. An interesting double feature if you’ve seen neither.. A Dark Song, and then Anything for Jackson
  2. I just did one movie per franchise to make the list more interesting
  3. Vecenie's updated mock. He said on his pod that Ace Bailey's upside is similar to Flagg's, but his floor isn't; has concerns about his shot selection (too many mid range jumpers and not enough at the rim or at three) and his functional ball handling, and if those issues aren't cleaned up he might be a thicker Brandon Ingram. He likes the three guards at 3-5 in the mock but they're a clear step below the first two. He sees 6-20 in this draft as relatively weak, and there's not a lot of separation in that group. 1. 4. If any of you are on Letterboxd, I need at least one like on this list to get it into the "recently liked lists" page
  5. I made a list https://boxd.it/zqRTQ

    2025 NFL Draft

DJ's pod had Nagy on. They asked Nagy who some of his class favorites are right now to watch for Josaiah Stewart- Michigan Edge Elijah Arroyo- Miami TE Darius Alexander- Toledo DL
  7. Some national pods, for those interested. The national pods don't always get the small details right, but I think they're interesting to listen to, and sometimes they'll have new stats/metrics you don't hear elsewhere CFB Nerds, 54:09 mark https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/24-07-top-10-mid-season-check-in-osu-vs-oregon-texas/id1584008032?i=1000672002480 Pate, 18:10 mark https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/showdown-saturday-prediction-special-new-jp-poll/id1485905502?i=1000672297866 Bet the Board, 38:20 mark https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/week-7-college-football-picks-predictions-best-bets/id927810876?i=1000672389731 Cover 3, 22:29 mark https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/big-game-breakdown-red-river-rivalry-ohio-state-oregon/id1257913963?i=1000672395975 SZD, 48:15 mark https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/week-7-tasting-menu-o-my-goodness/id1532830225?i=1000672391640
  8. I feel inspired to make a 21st century horror list
  9. Actually a pretty good list. There's some olds on there, but the ratio wasn't too bad. Arguably a bitter qualm is having some non-horrors on here like Irreversible and M A couple of other thoughts - Kudos for Hereditary, The Witch, and The Wailing. Not kudos for no Terrifier - The Suspiria remake is better than the original, which was incoherent. I find Argento's movies to be mostly not good, while I'm impressed by Bava's - Henry is so much better than Angst - The Orphanage is better than The Devils Backbone - Cube should be in here - If you're going to have some iffy horrors on the list, I'd include stuff like Neon Demon, Under the Shadow, Starry Eyes, and Climax - Feels like Inside, High Tension, and Martyrs should make this list
  10. OU has had ridiculous fumble luck this year Opponents have fumbled nine times, and OU has recovered eight of them. OU itself has fumbled five times and has lost two (both by Jackson Arnold vs Tennessee) OU is averaging intercepting the opponent once per game; two vs Temple, one vs Houston, one vs Tulane, zero vs Tennessee, and one vs Auburn They're 5th in the country in turnovers gained at 13, and tied for 3rd in turnover margin at +8
  11. This overlaps with the bye week, so he'll get up to five weeks off to recover
  12. That's without Autry who was supposed to be a key part of the sub pass rush packages

    2025 NFL Draft

I think QB could be on the table for anyone that isn't New England, Jacksonville, or Indianapolis
  14. DVOA updated Super Bowl champion odds 1) KC 18.5% 2) BAL 17.6% 3) MIN 10.5% 4) HOU 9.8% 5) BUF 6.9% 6) DET 6.4% 7) SF 6.1% '8) NO 4.1% 9) SEA 3.3% 10) DAL 3.3% 11) GB 2.5% 12) WAS 2.2%
  15. Updated DVOA gives Houston a 86.8% chance of winning the division. 17.9% chance at the 1-seed, 23.0% for the 2 seed, 24.5% for #3, and 21.4% for #4

    2025 NFL Draft

Current draft odds per DVOA 1) Carolina (19.4% of getting the top pick) 2) New England (also 19.4% for the top pick) 3) Cleveland (12.6%) 4) Tennessee (8.4%) 5) Jacksonville (7.4%) 6) Las Vegas 7) Miami '8) LA Rams 9) NY Giants 10) Indianapolis
  17. Right, but a lot of -6.5 or higher favorites have lost outright this year. Nobody is safe, especially when you're dealing with injuries
  18. Big favorites haven’t faired well this year

    2025 NFL Draft

Sewell went 7th. Joe Alt went 5th.
  20. This next game is the last for Denico Autry's suspension
  21. I liked Maxxxine the most of the three, mostly because I liked the 80s vibe. None of them blew me away, mostly just think they're fine. Mia Goth is great.
  22. The Sadness- a Taiwanese version of 28 Days Later, with a little more silliness mixed in. It's fine. Add to horror watch lists. The Outwaters- I have no idea what the fuck I watched, and I watch a lot of weird shit. Would not recommend.
