  1. No idea, but I can't decide which is more impressive...finding a Longhorn steer perfectly fine with being a horse, or how well trained that blue heeler is. All around impressive[emoji122][emoji122][emoji869]
  2. Hate on me if you like for not knowing this, been really busy with work this cycle and even during the season. I have only one question.. We aren't losing any recruit we truly want to aggy, bloU or LSU like we may have in the past, right? None of them have anything to hang their hat on when recruiting against us now...not a gotdam thing.
  3. I really wish we were the road team. The Stormtrooper look has been good to us the past two seasons.
  4. Oh, I'm not arguing the overhyped thing, but now that we can possibly benefit from that in the future I think it's best to go with it in public while speaking truth among ourselves.
  5. That may be true for quality football that wins games, but it can't be denied the SEC is a more physical league overall. The teams we played may be lacking offensive originality and some exceptionally elite skill players and make some dumb mistakes, but even the lower tier teams have NFL sizes players blocking and hitting/tackling with intensity and reckless abandon. The way our team was built just 3 seasons ago would have had about the same success BloU had this year.
  6. As someone who had one of those in high school, it's not quite as minor as we'd like to believe. Of course I never had a state of the art medical staff and equipment at my disposal, I think he will be fine next Saturday.
  7. Everyone is banged up this time of year, but those two not being anywhere near 100% definitely limits our ability to pile on points early and then play ears pinned back defense for the rest of the game.
  8. I think that's to protect from a defender coming at the QB with a full head of steam, this was a dude coming in from behind and swatting the ball out. I didn't really have an issue with that call, but if Quinn is going to carry the ball past the line of scrimmage, he needs to learn how to tuck the fuckin ball away with both arms when going down. You can bet Georgia will be looking to separate him from the ball every chance they get.
  9. Every single gotdam one of our rivals dispatched, AND immediate chance to avenge our only loss next week. Beating aggy in the most painful way (to them) imaginable is just the cherry on top. It's been a helluva season, makes the Big 12 revenge tour look like child's play by comparison. Let's go get this thing done and win the fuckin SECSEC in our first season as member and then go from there. [emoji869]
  10. Indiana does not have a QB starring in Dr Pepper ads repeating relentlessly every Saturday. Do with this info what you will.
  11. No way in hell that happens even if it should. I would wager the committee is wanting to keep as many fanbases/regions fully engaged in the playoffs as possible.
  12. Same for me. There will always be some true JAG's that need to be shoved into the portal, (recruiting isn't an exact science) but this staff is not only retaining a lot of that type player but somehow getting them to perform at a high level. Broughton is a good example, but Gunnar Helm is by far the most impressive. From tall skinny kid that I thought would end up portaling out to somewhere like Colorado State, Wyoming etc...to the best TE in the SEC and possibly CFB as a whole.
  13. With nearly every team going to a 3 high safety look against Texas, the deep ball which is already lower percentage than the underneath stuff gets even lower...and raises the chance of a pick. Of course everyone loves it when there's a 50 yard TD strike, (look at my av ffs) but defenses are scheming to take that away so Sark/Quinn are for the most part taking what the D gives.
  14. Was that one of Herman's hellspawn doing the horns down in that series of pics running on a screen behind him?
  15. I may be in the minority, but I'd much rather play a late season game against Kentucky vs something like Kansas or K-State where a win for them would be a season maker and get their coach a raise and extension no matter how shitty the rest of their season was. That said, Kentucky is looking for bowl eligibility and it would be a nice feather in the cap of the players and bag o' dicks Jr to be the second SEC team to beat Texas. We can't afford to overlook this one, far too many 2 loss SEC teams and some with better wins. Kinda wish we had gotten this one out of the way earlier in the season and scheduled UTEP or something to rest up for aggy and give some of the restless young players some snaps, but whatever.
