  1. My mom has spent the last several years scanning pictures from her grandparents/parents. Thousands of pictures. In addition to the actual time scanning there is a lot of time trying to figure out names and dates if not already noted. Worthwhile project though. I'm glad to have the digital copies and I'm also glad that I didn't have to do it.
  2. This feels like a TE heavy game to me. Sanders and Helm need to have big games in order to open up the rest of the offense.
  3. The album "Strange Tails" by Lord Huron was the soundtrack of my divorce. It's not an album about divorce, per se, but of loss and regret. Things I felt acutely when I was in the middle of it.
  4. Willow has a big dog bed in the living room. She moved out there from my bedroom herself. I think she likes to keep an eye on the house while I'm asleep.
  5. Maybe he goes out like Private Pyle and spares the world more of his crimes?
  6. Guy from my high school died while inhaling refrigerant. I made a joke about it a few weeks later in chemistry and made a girl cry. Stuck with me.
  7. I'd like to see Card play behind the shit line and Ewers play behind the freshman line during the scrimmage. Can Hayden Conner play center? He seems to be pretty versatile.

  9. Delvon Lamarr Organ trio tomorrow night at the Star Theater in Portland.
  10. Or, the person quoting it can include the fucking name. Even easier.
  11. I appreciate it when posters include the players name with tweets, etc. Trying to guess based upon handles like oso8jay is damn near impossible. If you're going to post tweets then help out the rest of us by including the recruits name too, please.

Check out The Donkeys and the Allah-Las. Good west coast smokey music.
  13. Moved out to Vancouver, WA in 2012. It is a city of 250,000+ just north of Portland across the Columbia River. No state income tax in WA & no sales tax in OR. So live in WA shop in OR = low taxes. Property taxes are pretty low and schools are better than OR. Housing here has exploded in the last few years. Generally, you can expect to pay $50,000 - $100,000 less for a house than just across the river in Portland. We have a wet season and a fire season. It is grey and rainy from late october through june then it dries up and there won't be rain or any clouds till October. Hence the forest fires. I'm an hour away from Mt Hood (snow boarding, snow shoeing, mtn biking, camping, fishing, etc.), two hours away from beautiful coastline. Weed. Beer. Wine. Weed. Great food. I love the proximity to Portland for restaurants, concerts, museums, parks, etc. But I also love not living in Portland. The homeless camps make me sick, sad, & angry, and I don't know who or what to direct that at. I feel that the Democratic leadership in WA is better than OR. It seems more reasoned and practical. Oregon can't stop fucking everything up.
  14. Perhaps UT's Minister of Culture should throw his hat in with these guys. That might get some projects off the ground.
