  1. Neither, try Naproxen.

Tramadol is a side effect medication with some mild pain relief thrown in. Vicodin you won’t see much anymore because it’s schedule 2 like morphine. And it’s really not Vicodin because that had too much Tylenol and it has changed to Norco with less Tylenol but the same amount of hydrocodone to get you constipated and possibly hooked on opiate drugs or possibly heroin.

Good luck with the stones. Women who gave natural child birth and had kidney stones tell me they’d rather give birth again than have another stone.

  2. I will add that vascular dementia can progress like a stair step down where you are stable for a while then a vascular event can happen (micro infarcts for example) and then you see a quick change in cognitive function and/or personality.  It is hard to watch anyone go through this. Maintaining remaining function will be important.

It's douche bag free and surprisingly it has some talent.

You obviously aren’t at the PF near my house.

  4. Look, Iran had this coming. I mean, they placed their own country next to several of our navy warships and close to Israel. What’s a president supposed to do?

Annnd they may have super secret missles disguised as car parts or something in non descript cargo ships. So there.

Such a huge part of my childhood.  Tim had it all: timing, delivery, physicality...he really didn't have a weakness yet made it all look so easy.

That’s so true. Incredibly funny and it didn’t look like he was working that hard at it. I think his mind was five steps ahead of everyone on the set in his sketches.

One of the few times on a board like this when I'm genuinely curious enough to ask "How old are you?"

    I’m willing to bet he’s a man and he’s 40.

Maybe, but many PCPs over prescribe antibiotics. She had the flu and should have been told to take fluids and give it a couple of weeks for recovery.

Yes, they do.  But in this case we have no clue on the sequence of events and the media really really sucks at reporting medical cases.  It has been reported she had flu and UTI so antibiotics would have been reasonable. And people do die from the flu so that is entirely possible as well. Unless there is a coroners report published  then we may never know. Either way, too young for a death and to leave a family behind. Definitely a tragedy.

Not really.  Adverse drugs reactions are a leading cause of death, ~100k per year by some estiamtes. Would put them in top 5 leading causes of death.

Of course, a lot of people would be dead without medication as well.

Annnnd, you may have too, but I have seen both sides of medical events from in person to on the news and the news is terribad at reporting medical facts.  I wouldn’t be surprised if they messed this one up.

    Human trafficking is fucked up

Yeah, there is a huge percentage of these girls who are trafficked and most of the rest strung out or in a situation they just can’t get out of without some help.

Some of the live and let live proponents in this thread are just as Polly Anna as your “everyone believes in Jesus and is a saint” grandparents if you think legalizing this will clean up the mess. It may help but there is a deep horrible underbelly to this trade and it’s not about legalization.
