  1. Kinda crazy looking at it, Rogers' Twitter activity was all pro-A&M, pretty much actively recruiting for them, until like 2 days ago. Shows how fast kids can change their mind (or get bagged)
  2. Wait, A&M posters have nicknamed Ewers "Ewe"?? LOL they are such weirdos.
  3. A&M hears about Cale Gundy, says hold my beer:
  4. This story just can't be true. Step down for reading a word on someone else's iPad? For a guy who's been there for decades? Nope, not buying it.
  5. No Ewers sighting. Doomed
  6. Card looks like he's trying harder than Ewers, for better or worse. Otherwise, lol at any takeaways from that video
  7. Intriguing. How solid our are commits in this respect?
  8. On WR - with Cook or did you mean with Hale?
  9. Sounds like Agiye is off to a...start
  10. So A&M basically doesn't have a QB coach anymore? While Max and King get the main reps, they'll have Craig coaching up Weigman? Bold strategy Cotton...
  11. All depends on Ewers and PK. If Ewers figures it out, the O will be beastly. There's enough talent on D to be at least respectable, PK and co just need to coach it. If both of the above get moderately accomplished, 9 wins. If not, 6 or 7. Who tf knows
  12. No idea but my guess would be something that prevents kids from transferring. Like NIL rights exclusivity or something.
  13. I thought this was a joke at first. Can't believe he actually said that. Hilarious.
  14. They got that 2024, Samu, will likely add Bowens and that other bready guy. Maybe Shanahan. That could be what he's referring to.
  15. Who were there other "surprise visitors" besides Nelson? They kept saying there were going to be more 5 stars. Tony Mitchell may be one based on some stuff on Twitter
  16. I bet they did offer him some big takeaways to open his eyes... Also, they want him to play an LB/S hybrid? Interesting.
  17. I mean, it's August 5th so no he probably means Gullette. Of course, he could be wrong about who Gullette chooses though. Also, based on previous reporting and Cook's tweet to Gullete yesterday "don't switch up" I'm guessing Gullette has previously told people he's choosing Texas. Which again, could be changed by an Aggie bag today.
  18. Apparently Johntay tweeted this today and then deleted it. Might've been trolling but who knows
  19. Doubt they're done yet although it may be heavy leans like Shanahan remaining.
  20. Umm is he aware that Gullette hasn't gone there yet haha?
  21. For real. If you want to complain about our boosters having better stuff to spend their money on than $1.5mm for a high school athlete, I better see receipts that you're participating in every single NIL opportunity UT has. Tbh, what a terrible use of money even if you have it - go house some homeless people or something ffs. The thing to complain about is that A&M boosters are such desperate weirdos that they're willing to do what they're doing.
  22. Other than maybe Gullette, any others you think could be on the Hill plan for them? Any of our commits at risk?
  23. Haha fair enough. It's actually kind of crazy though. Bama had the then #1 all-time class in '21. In '22 they actually had a higher avg-recruit ranking than A&M, but with 4 fewer guys (excluding transfers), and now they look to be on their way to the #1 class this year. They've also proven to master the transfer portal. Saban is a fuckin witch.
  24. People panicking about Hill need to get a grip. Sure, it sucks to lose him, but did y'all really think we were going to get everyone? He always seemed like a longshot anyway until the last few weeks. As long as we hang onto our current guys, add Baxter and Matthews or Toviano, plus fill in around the edges, this is an elite class. Plus as I've said before, the portal is the great wild card now days. Winning the initial recruitment may end up meaning very little.
