  1. They may win, but it will be close. Last year was close for a half until Lampasas got too cute with the trick plays. The best player on the field will play for the Badgers and Jerome is coming off of putting up 3000 yards of total offense at QB. Probably going to have to score quite a bit like the 2019 team though to make a run to the semis.
  2. This would have been better served as a mini-series. Hubris on Costner’s part seems to have not helped this project be as good as it potentially could have been had he not tried to do this in parts.
  3. Well he’s no Paul Harvey, that’s for sure.
  4. If you asked me to pick an athlete in any American sport that would have more than their fair share of the death cult it would be baseball. Next up would be football. I believe both QB’s for Texas shared images that seemed to indicate support for the traitor after he got grazed by a few shards of glass. Not shocking considering their backgrounds.
  5. One of my neurodivergent brethren! A little different, but we share that so he’s cool with me. Glad he has such loving parents.
  6. Enormous amount of it. I guess it’s a normal reaction from people. It’s obviously not a good look for the league right now to have the marquee attraction being treated like hot garbage by so many players across the league, but again the dissenters will fade into the background as time passes by and Clark will stay right at the forefront of the league going forward. She’s already the face of the WNBA with barely 2/3 of the season played.
  7. Years from now you won’t remember your productivity or lack thereof at this particular moment. You’ll remember the people in your life and the memories you are making with them. Brush aside the frustration you feel right now and just remember what a good life you currently have and will have going forward. The only thing that matters in the end is the people around you. Work and everything else will take care of itself.
  8. I am just going to root for the Fever. Never picked a WNBA team, but Clark is just too fun to not pull for her and her teammates to keep on winning. I hope she terrorizes every single one of these players that has shown her so much disrespect for years to come. The game will grow and eventually the players who fervently dislike her will fade into the background. The fun thing will be to see the players that come along 10-15 years from now that play with her trademark shoot from the hip mentality. More athletes could stand to be as cool as she is and as good with the fans as well.
  9. Lampasas is going to split with Stephenville and Brownwood in the regular season and won’t lose again until the state semi-finals. Even with Jett Walker transferring out they returned every other skill position player and now will have to throw the football more like they did in 2019. That is great considering the guys they have. Ty Johnson will wind up appearing in the recruiting rankings for 2027 by the end of the season at WR. He made a positive impression at OU’s summer camp and holds an offer from March from Tech. I am banking on a big year from the offense and just enough defense to be respectable on that side of the ball. I also like that a guy I remember watching at Burnet during the two state finals appearances for them is the assistant head coach in Badger Country. Ty Kuhn (fantastic name) was an all-state linebacker on those teams two decades ago and I believe he has a son who plays now for the Badgers.
  10. Thanks for linking that. I read it and I appreciate the breakdown of things. He is definitely lying about how it got into his system. I watched him practice last year while I was out there. I have zero respect for him now. He’s just another athlete who got caught and evaded punishment that he thoroughly deserves. Had that been some Algerian ranked 250th in the world he’d be banned with no questions asked. Instead this privileged clown from Italy skates right on by.
  11. I have heard before of how heavily folks in that area can drink as well. I have never been there and seen it, but no reason to doubt it, especially with schools like Wisconsin-Madison that is a known party school. I worry for young adults in places like that because it can start a lifelong dependence upon the effects that alcohol give that seem so good at the time, but always later prove to be so disastrous.
  12. This is absolute garbage that he is not getting at least a two year ban. The excuse is ridiculous and has no basis in truth. I hope he gets booed every match he plays. He could’ve been a rival for Alcaraz, but instead he’s just a cheater.
  13. This is a nationwide issue. New Yorkers are just as bad here about handing money to private companies through the charter school clown show of a system. Ruining a child’s education just to get a new revenue stream is so on brand for the US as a whole.
  14. I just want to say that I am not certain that there is an area of the country that drinks more per person than Long Island. Those folks put that stuff away like Russians with government vodka. I worked out there in some restaurants and they will just drink and drink and drink like no one I’ve ever seen.
  15. I don’t think any of that is the point. It’s red meat to the cult, especially when “THE DEEP STATE” throws this out. He will cry conspiracy and they will lap it up.
  16. I think it’s safe to say the rest of us that aren’t in the cult would come to the same conclusion. The books that will be written about this clown for the next century are going to really be something.
  17. You absolutely are not. Just attempt to clear your mind if you can do so and stop whatever you are doing. I can recall moments when I felt anxiety pushing me to a point where what helped was getting a hug. I am not much of a touchy feely person, but that seemed to disappate the feelings of anxiety run amok.
  18. Yep pretty sure. This is New York. That nail length barely registers with what I see from some of the men walking around here. Still a bit odd seeing grown men focus on another man’s feet though. Rex Ryan would be proud of you I guess.
  19. Haha…no. I lost my toenail clipper and since I am terrible at buying things I need I attempted using the nail clipper I use for Heiani and Aliyanah. Thank God I didn’t completely destroy a toenail trying to use it.
  20. This is a guy who is in dire need of taking a long walk off a short pier into chum filled water. This idiot allowing a conspiracy brain addled con man on his show named Billy Carson was a big reason I cut ties in a friendship I had for 20 plus years recently.
  21. Spending some time with Heiani before I head out to the beach this morning. She’s a sweetheart.
  22. Somehow this is still probably better than Jordan’s kids. Also I really don’t much care that we are carrying the 2028 G League MVP on the active roster at some point. It’s not like this team has any serious title aspirations. Might as well be entertaining in a humorous way if you are not going to be good.
  23. I know his playing time has been erratic, but he does not fit well with the best personnel groupings on this team. The old heads are carrying them across the finish line today. I hope Durant and Curry combine to put 60 on the board today and LeBron gets another triple double.
  24. I have gone to see it twice. I loved it and want at least 2-3 more with Reynolds and Jackman. Such amazing chemistry. I will probably go again early next week. I have AMC’s monthly pass and usually get at least two movies a week and sometimes three. There’s always a bunch of foreign films at the AMC on 42nd that are randomly interesting to see.
  25. I would like to see SISU and Deadpool back-to-back. I remember texting a friend in Finland about how good that movie was and his response back was “I’m glad we finally have a good movie to go see.”
