  1. I was cool with the result either way, but yes if you’re going to run your mouth be sure to back it up when it matters most. Don’t go full Matt Hasselbeck against the Packers and declare victory at the OT coin toss. I would also add that anyone crying conspiracy about a loss is full of it. The Horns were better at almost every position. They should have won and they made plays in OT when they needed to. I am new to the ASU fanbase, but I am not new to listening to dumb conspiracy theories. You just take the loss and move forward and look towards next year. Dillingham gets that, but some of these fans who are new to winning do not.
  2. Miss my dogs right now, but they have to get all their shots updated before joining me on Oahu. I am glad they are getting to spend time with my young niece and nephew. Each one took one of them and gives it all of their attention. Pretty cool getting on FaceTime with my mom and watching them play with them. Both of them have a whole ton of patience and love to share with my girls. My nephew is getting ready to turn three and he tells me a few days ago “Thank you for bringing the dogs home.”
  3. I like to think I can relate to human beings in a peaceful way. I listen to folks every single day and sometimes I feel too much of people’s pain and suffering. My main mission in life is helping others on the road we all travel on and just listening to folks. I feel empathy for the people who are really going through it in life. I have studied enough history to know how being the opposite turns out for those who want to willingly do harm to others. With that said, the cretins at fox are scum. They are absolutely, positively the worst of the worst in our country. Day after day after pitiful day these traitorous clowns weaponize the masses with blatant lies and disinformation. To say I wish the worst upon them and anyone in their orbit is an understatement. How many of those 77 millions idiots that voted for the most hateful person to ever be our president watch the nightly propaganda shows? How many of them got brainwashed by that channel? Dwight Eisenhower is rolling over in his grave right now. I do not feel bad for the people that voted for that moron. They will get what’s coming to them. However, the greater sin is these scumbags leading people astray with lie after verifiable lie. They took many of our parents, brothers, sisters, friends and associates and completely brainwashed them with nothing but lies and telling them this orange buffoon is the only one that can save the country. I will forever be upset for what they did and there are not enough bad things that can happen to them to make up for the damage they have caused to the country and the world as a whole.
  4. Never forget that 77 million terrible human beings voted for this.
  5. I would wager he’d say it’s a country and have no idea where it is at on the map.
  6. I’m so glad y’all are able to add some young players to such a talent deficient team. Really scrapped and clawed your way out of mediocrity to get that World Series. One can only imagine what the Dodgers might look like if they ever get some elite players on the roster.
  7. A good movie will do that to you. This was an incredibly good one that got me as well. For all the talk about cinema being dead and what not, I still keep seeing new movies that are really well done like this that keep advancing cinema forward and in a positive direction.
  8. Arizona State football. I poured literally minutes upon minutes of energy into the 2024 season, my first as a supporter. My thoroughly detailed research of the program shows they have mostly sucked until this past year. I look forward to 2025 where I may decide to really expand my horizons and perhaps devote an hour of my life to this juggernaut of a football program.
  9. The erosion of our public education system over several decades combined with abject laziness by millions of our fellow citizens in even marginally attempting to educate themselves on the world around them will give a partial reason for where we are at. Throw in people’s addiction to 10 second sound bites that double as news/blatant misinformation and you will get the rest of the way to this current reality. It’s easier to believe a lie that confirms your bias versus actually taking time to read things based on fact, reason and logic.
  10. I see this at least 4-5 times a week because it is near a spot I enjoy reading at. If you told me this thing would set your house on fire, murder your family and then have Elmo say “All the telemetry came back okay” I wouldn’t bat an eyelash. Stuff like this makes millions of people in America think he has a high level of intelligence when in actuality his IQ is on par with the temperature of a frozen pond.
  11. This is the first I’ve heard of this. Tell me about these dumb people.
  12. Neither are a good choice as both are just white trash human beings to their core. Just incredible that we share a country with 77 million people who think either of these horrific people care even one iota about them.
  13. I hope his ghost shows up with the grim reaper on Inauguration Day and does one last good thing for the country.
  14. I saw this story and the smear campaign isn’t cool. Other than that it’s really, really wealthy people taking on people who also have money. Just don’t care. Life is way too short for stuff like this.
  15. I love my two dogs, but I would not take them to a restaurant with me. I know people that do and it’s their choice to do it. In general though I agree about dogs not being in restaurants unless they are service dogs. Those should be allowed without question.
  16. One of the things that really was not fun about NYC was once it was fully legalized I could not even sit in a park without smelling it everywhere. I was fully in support of it being legal, but one unintended consequence was the entire city smelling like it. When I had first moved there I really enjoyed sitting in the park at Union Square. Eventually I just stopped going to parks altogether outside of one place where you couldn’t smoke anything.
  17. Oh for sure. I mean you can never say with 100 percent certainty what a coach will do, especially if a blue blood shows up on your doorstep offering you whatever you want in terms of money. I guess the hope would be that he is more in the vein of a Mark Few who likes where he is than a coaching nomad like Larry Brown was.
  18. I think he will be where he’s at for a good long time. It’s always been home for him and he now is going to get the support he needs to get some talent upgrades. I said it a few days ago, but sometimes coaches and schools meet at exactly the right time. I believe this is one of those instances. I was honestly not expecting much from this game and thought the moment might be too big, but Dillingham stayed the course and Skattebo had himself a game. Hopefully it portends good things going into next season.
  19. I don’t think you actually realize he means what he is saying. He’s followed Sarkisian’s career since he was still in high school.
  20. The coach on the other sideline later on today seems to think otherwise about Sarkisian and his abilities as an OC. “There’s a lot of good offensive schemes out there, and then there’s offensive coaches who change their scheme and are constantly getting better,” Dillingham said Monday. “I think that’s something that he’s done as good if not better than anybody in the country is if you turned on his tape from 10 years ago, it’s going to be unrecognizable to his tape right now. That is very challenging to do when you’re successful. When you’re successful, you want to keep doing what got you successful. “It’s very challenging to be, in my opinion, to be humble enough to constantly continually adapt to the current landscape to the rules. You can’t cut block on the perimeter, to RPOs and how they change the game in terms of substitution patterns, and now you can slow teams down that sub late. You couldn’t do that 15 years ago. He has always adapted with the game and almost been ahead of the curve a little bit, and that’s really challenging to do.”
  21. I did too. It didn’t drag at all to me. What a great film. Depp’s scenes of possession were incredibly well done.
  22. What is it that you aren’t getting in that reply? A young team loses his best and only weapon at receiver? That spells a long night for him against UT. He’ll have to learn from what is about happen. It won’t be pleasant for ASU on either side of the ball.
  23. Why not both? 😊
