  1. Hopefully, but the same play calling and game management issues have been apparent for four years now, and he hasn’t done anything yet. I think he needs to hire a play caller, so he can focus more on game management, execution, and red zone issues. Oh and figuring out how the fuck our team is consistently terrible in the third quarter. I’ve never seen a team struggle so consistently in one quarter of almost every single game in a season. There’s something gems doing wrong. It’s too big of a sample size now to dismiss it as a quirk. I agree with everything you said, except for the last part. I’m not saying he should hire a new OC and run their offense, but he should hire a QB coach/OC to call plays from his offense, so he can focus more on game management and execution. Sark’s biggest value add as an OC is his scheme/overall offense. People overrate play calling. Play calling is very much part fo the 80/20 rule. Not many are so good or bad at it that it makes a huge difference. Sark’s never been a particularly good play caller on game day, so he should delegate that responsibility so he can focus on other issues on game day. He can still have control of the game plan and give plenty of input during the game.
  2. There’s no way A&M would let their leading receiver transfer to Texas for anything less than crazy money.
  3. The fact that you edited this post and it still reads this poorly is pretty impressive…in a spider2ybanana type of way.
  4. WTF are you talking about? All the penalties have been legit. We’re just playing like shit.
  5. Yep. A tour de force in moronic play calling. He’s completely blown what should’ve been an easy win. He can’t help himself from trying to dial up deep shots despite starting a QB who can’t throw the deep ball to save his life.
  6. He’s been absolute dogshit the last two games.
  7. It’s almost like he might want to play in an offense that gets the WR the ball. Most years Klein’s top WR is under 700 yards.
  8. If he's going somewhere like Miami and plays a soft schedule against dogshit ACC teams all year and stays healthy, he could easily put together a better season than this year and improve his draft stock. The combination of being the consensus #1 recruit and what he's done at Texas set a floor for his draft stock. I don't think he's at risk of hurting his stock much more with one more CFB season. There's more upside than downside for him if he returns IMO.
  9. That WSU DT's PFF grades were similar to Savea's last year at Arizona, including how almost all his best games were against the bad competition. I'd be surprised if we have any interest. Roster would be better off getting young guys reps than taking him. Absolutely. If he's getting offered anything near 2 million or more, he should absolutely take it. Some of the posters here have been absolutely delusional on Quinn. He already did everything you described this year. He tanked his draft stock a ton this year. He's small, injury prone with bad pocket presence and can't hit a deep ball. There's not that much more room left to fall. The odds are higher he has a better year next year and improves his draft stock while also adding another year to his career where he makes seven figures. Edgerrin Cooper was the #45 pick, and he got 4/$8.3mil. If Quinn is getting offered anything near that annual salary amount, he should stay in college and then he can get drafted on day two next year. The chances he gets a meaningful second contract in the NFL are very low.
  10. @texifornia does not get nearly enough shit for all the weather and geography talk he starts on here.
  11. Sayin will have been in school for almost two years by the time he starts next year. If he’s a true freshman, Moro Ojomo is still in middle school.
  12. SMU is about to be 1-4 against top 20 teams. Clemson made SMU look like a playoff team.
  13. Indiana’s performances against tOSU and ND really show how terrible the bottom half of the Big 10 is. Indiana can’t even be competitive with top teams, yet they curb stomped almost their whole conference schedule.
  14. Franklin is such a moron. No wonder he can never win games against top 10 teams.
  15. Yep. They will be lucky to get to 20 points. Clemson’s offense has been bad against even just good defenses. They have been god awful against great defenses. Georgia (10th): 3 points and 3.6 YPP Louisville (35th): 21 points and 4.5 YPP South Carolina (6th): 14 points, 2 turnovers and 6.1 YPP SMU (18th): They scored 31 but 14 was off of short fields and they only averaged 4.4 YPP. And that YPP was with 3 passes over 30 yards. Texas is first in defense per F+ and there’s a huge gap between the top 5 defenses and everyone else.
  16. Liam Lawson in one of the three best cars on the grid is a joke, but I’m sure he’ll be better than 2024 Perez. It would make sense that Max is blocking better candidates like Sainz, because otherwise it’s truly inexplicable how terrible RB has managed their second driver compared to how well they manage every other aspect of their team.
  17. Just stop. Silas Bolden being a role player is not hurting us with WR transfers. He wasn't some highly-touted transfer. Most of the current transfers probably have no clue who he is.
  18. I don't think making this list is impressive. The most overtakes award is just code for being bad at qualifying. Lance Stroll usually leads this list most years, and if you look at this year's list, it's no different. Leclerc only made the list because he gained 16 positions in Abu Dabhi after a grid penalty. Other than that, this looks like a list of the worst qualifiers on the grid this year. Lewis has been especially dreadful qualifying all year. It'll be interesting to see what his qualifying form is in 2025 to see how much this was a Lewis issue versus an MB/leaving the team and not having the best info problem.
  19. Yeah, reading some of those posts on here was wild. Didn't some poster say they thought Maalik would be getting seven figures next year? He was pretty terrible all year and struggled to complete easy passes. Duke going 9-3 this year was due to them having a top 25 defense and playing a joke of a schedule in the ACC. I like Singleton, but he doesn't strike me as a guy worth seven figures. I can't see Sark being willing to go that high for him.
  20. This could be a huge pickup for Tech. They might be able to finish in the top 6 of the Big 12 or even beat Abilene Christian by more than 1 point at home if they land him.
  21. He and Johntay Cook are going to absolutely kill it at Prairie View A&M next year.
  22. Venables and the new OC to Emmett Jones:
  23. You mean the team who scored 3 points against Oklahoma just two weeks ago?
  24. That call was absolute bullshit just like all these weak holds. Are we back in the Big 12?
