  1. Casey Cain still stands out from those other WRs becuz he's a bigger-bodied X WR, while those other guys are smaller Z & Slot WRs. After seeing how well Cain played in the bowl game, I still think he be a factor next season. Sark needs to bring in another bigger-bodied WR in the portal.
  2. I actually agree. After last night's performance, I don't think Worthy is a #1 WR. Going into this season we all assumed that Worthy would be the #1 WR with Neyor being the #2, but after seeing how this season played out despite Neyor missing the season, I think if Neyor was healthy he would've became the #1 WR.
  3. LOL at Casey Cain having a 100-yd receiving game before J. Whitt ever has one.
  4. Would SMU been a better spot for Card than Purdue?
  5. Can someone post this?: @OB3
  6. Based on what we saw from Card these last couple seasons, Card can definitely make big plays with his feet if nobody is open or a play breaks down. But he isn't built to run the volume of designed QB runs that Max Duggan or Sam Ehlinger did. Card lit it up as a passer in Lake Travis' offense, so Card going to school that runs an Air Raid offense make sense.
  7. The reason TCU ran a lot of QB run game is becuz Max Duggan was their QB1. If Chandler Morris hadn't gotten hurt, it's safe to assume that the QB run game wouldn't have been as big a part of their offense. Also despite the fact that TCU is losing their older skill talent, we all still expect the younger & incoming skill talent at TCU to be superior to fuccing Purdue. TCU also runs an "Air Raid" offense. Sonny Dykes being a much more proven Air Raid coach than Graham Harrell + TCU having superior skill talent to Purdue = TCU being a better spot for Card than Purdue (Not factoring in QB competition OFC)
  8. If true, bad decision by Hudson Card. TCU is definitely a better spot than Purdue as long he beat out Chandler Morris.
  9. OK, lookes like Trace Ford is more of a situational EDGE passrusher & not an every down EDGE player.
  10. OK, lookes like Trace Ford is more of a situational EDGE passrusher & not an every down EDGE player.
  11. According to Nahlin earlier this month, UT backed off of MHP.
  12. Da Hell?! Johntay Cook didn't make this list? How did Cordale Russell leapfrog into the rankings like this?
  13. SEC media just regularly shitting on Jimbo now:
  14. Do we have a list of UT signees & targets that are gonna participate in the January all-star games?
  15. Great article on how Gary Patterson improved the defense from X&O's POV:
  16. Good Choice by Hudson. Although I feel the in-state Air Raid teams would have more skill talent to work with than Purdue.
  17. I just watched Jaylen Waddle's high school highlights for the 1st time ever. I tuned out UT football & CFB during the 2017 season/2018 recruiting cycle, so I never followed Waddle's recruitment & how Herman blew it. Anyways watching the highlights, it's obvious Waddle was a catch & run WR (instead of run & catch WR) and special teams return man in H.S. like Ryan Nibblet is. Do y'all consider Waddle a good comparison for Ryan Niblett?
  18. Interesting as I don't think I've heard or read any of the UT 9.95ers mention AD Mitchell. Maybe becuz he isn't in the Portal yet? @Surlian Do you have a link to a UGA forum thread where they were discussing this?
  19. We still use those terms in P.K.'s defense. During the current season, Jaylon Ford is the Mike LB, Overshown is the Will LB, & when we would use 3 LBs Tucker-Dorsey would come in as the Sam LB.
  20. Off-ball LB is just another name for a regular non-EDGE LB. On-ball LB is not a term that is used, what you mean is an EDGE OLB. During this season UT’s starting off-ball LBs we’re Jaylon Ford, Overshown, & Tucker-Dorsey. UT’s starting EDGE OLBs were Ogufho & I guess Barryn Sorrell.
  21. Anybody have today's Humidor?: https://www.on3.com/teams/texas-longhorns/news/humidor-offensive-line-goes-for-13-consecutive-starts-portal-talk/ @OB3 @BurntOrange&White @Hookem2147
