  1. The 15 yr. Cask strength is...
  2. Trying to get an idea on how much a 2019 GTS is going for. A friend of a friend called me up last week wanting to buy mine (Got it in 2020) He'd read there wasnt going to be any this year, and was looking. I'm not even sure I want to part with it...
  3. underaged bourbon at barrel strength, for $70? Pass...you guys race on out to one of the 7 locations, get you a bottle, and report back.
  4. 4 years old, MSRP of $80, I sure hope it's good, but have my doubts
  5. It's great that you enjoy those 2 bottles, I've seen the Weller Single barrel selling for about $700 on secondary. To each his own...
  6. Nope, pretty sure this is over stock from their barrels picked for their Restaurant Group.
  7. Cigar Blend was all over TWs in Houston earlier this year
  8. You dont think that someone in the LS Corp chain went through the process to select a "specific" product? Obviously they had to select several barrels (2 or more) to support their need, (at aprox. 170 bottles per barrel) but with their financial clout, they more than likely chose from 10 or more cherry barrels. TW did this a couple years ago with fine results, as have other larger companies. I could care less if they called its Jane's Fuzzy Butt Plug on the label, if it has that amazing juice in the bottle...
  9. Yep, just heard from a friend in Oklahoma that it is there.
  10. Interesting enough, a friend wanted to trade me his A119 about a month ago, I passed because I believe I already have one buried in the liquor cabinet. Love me some ECBP
  11. Really? Haven't run across, nor heard anything about this year's B and C batches of ECBP around Houston. Found the A pretty easy.
  12. A friend picked me up a bottle of Doc Swinson' s batch 6, 15 yr old cask strength, non chill filtered Kentucky bourbon from NASA liquor yesterday. Reviews I've read are outstanding.
  13. Pulled an older Stagg jr. Batch 7 (130.%) from the back of the Liquor cabinet tonight and compared it to a recently acquired SJr Batch 13. It looks like either the fill levels are different, or some of the older one has evaporated, maybe a quarter ounce. Anyone experienced this before? Is it a bad fill or evaporation? I'll hang up now and listen.
  14. Or start a couple of infinity bottles, mixing some of the not so good/average with the good/great might raise it to a new level.
