  1. I use to drink G2, but it made me nauseous during heavy exercise - so I failed to see the point. I switched to water and never looked back.
  2. I am considering selling a building and financing it personally. So let's say I sell the building at $350,000 at an annual interest rate of 5% over 10 years. Each month, I need to generate an invoice, receive payment and then recalculate principal, balance... Can this all be done in Quickbooks? Is it better to use a bank as an intermediary to handle it? I know it can be done through Excel, but that seems like a bit of a pain for keeping track of it all and keeping it professional. Also, if I go this route, I'll need to get an attorney, but are there any contracts/loan documents for selling a business or building that any of y'all have done in the past so I can think about the risk management side of things this early in the process? At this point, I'm not sure if it will happen but I'm the type who is very proactive.
  3. I've been thinking about renting my home to my grown son and his GF instead of selling it. Now, after reading Surly, I am conflicted. Am I baaad?
  4. With NIL, it is very difficult to keep developmental-type players. Kids say that they are willing to wait, but when they are second string as redshirt sophomores and legit teams are offering significant money, they inevitably (and rightfully) change their stance.
  5. It's interesting that Russia is still making advances despite getting so much shit blown up - Obviously, that will change when resupplying becomes problematic. But, it does show that Russia has a lot more infantry currently.
  6. Pretty rare for it to be something non-cardiovascular related.
  7. The US is still wishy washy. https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cy770l9llnzo
  8. The US had 1,076,245 total casualties in WW2. That is about double the current number of casualties that Russia has incurred in Ukraine.
  9. That's the smart angle. I would take any random position but mainly just to fuck with people. At least that was the case at bars. Most of my friends were like bird dogs - I mainly just had fun. Of course if I argued pro-union to the daughter of the owner of the largest non-unionized trucking company in the US, our relationship probably wasn't going to go anywhere - but that was the challenge.
  10. That's why they have books on their laps.
  11. Not much. It was missing the logic behind his thoughts. Putin may use nukes if he becomes desperate. That could happen with a Ukraine victory or a Ukraine loss or if NATO becomes involved. It won't happen if Russia implodes from internal pressure. So our best option is destabilization of the region. We need to actively create issues in Moldova/Transnistria, the Stans, Bulgaria... Our second best option is to make Russia tired of fighting which may or may not work and makes Ukraine a guinea pig and forces it to suffer as long as possible. Our third best option would be a Ukranian victory and hope that Putin doesn't use tactical nukes in the waning stages. But even in a Ukrainian loss, I fail to see why Russia would go after the West with nukes. It doesn't seem logical to me in the short-run. It will be too weak to go after other territories.
  12. Cardiac arrest from vigorous sex with a 35 year old cougar.
  13. Jim Otto, the iconic center of the Oakland Raiders for 15 seasons, has passed away at the age of 86. The Raiders announced his death on Sunday night, May 19, without disclosing the cause. Otto, an original Raider known for his distinct “00” jersey and remarkable durability, started with the team in its first season in the American Football League (AFL) in 1960 and remained until 1974. He holds a record of 210 continuous games, marking his dedication and tenacity. During his tenure with the Raiders, Otto received nine First-Team All-AFL honors and was chosen for the Pro Bowl three times after the AFL-NFL merger.
  14. CNN Defense Analysts have now determined that the Israeli Airstrike on May 26th against a Hamas Compound in Western Rafah, which was believed to have possibly caused an Explosion and Fire which resulted in the Death of between 35-45 Palestinian Refugees, could not have been “Completely Caused” by the Israeli Airstrike due to the Size of the Explosion. Shrapnel and Parts which were Discovered in the Rubble of the Hamas Compound, which was roughly 200 Meters from the UNRWA Refugee Camp, suggest that the Strike was carried out using 2 GBU-39 Small Diameter Bomb with 250lb Warheads; these Bombs would have not been nearly Powerful enough to have caused the Explosion at the Camp nor would the have been Large enough to cause any kind of “Splash Damage” to the Camp, which again was over a Kilometer from the Strike Location. This Analysis suggests that what Israeli Defense Officials have so far suggested is likely True, which is that Hamas Munitions which were Hidden roughly Half-Way between the Compound and Camp were Detonated by Shrapnel from the Airstrike, causing the Explosion of multiple Fuel Tanks at the Refugee Camp and the eventual Fire.
  15. Many Israelis believe hummus is their creation, while other Middle East nations such as Lebanon argue against it. Egyptians claim that hummus is their invention, and on the other hand, the Greeks and Romans made various dishes out of it. Due to a lack of sufficient evidence, no one has won the who invented hummus war. But the reason Israeli humus tastes better is a higher ratio of tahini to chickpeas.
  16. That's hilarious. Moare. Actually no. Humus sucks.
  17. My first thought was for the Russian dude to use a bat to try to hit it. My second thought was a reality show "When Pinatas Fight Back".
  18. I think 1PM is when the rain is suppose to start back up.
  19. Are we debating whether St. Louis is Missouri or Illinois or whether Kansas City is Kansas or Missouri?
