  1. still concussed from jamaal charles flattening his ass.
  2. it is extremely frustrating and an exemplification of how celebrities/wealthy/etc... have a double standard. that said, as i said earlier, the primary concern procedurally for any state court judge in a bench trial is not making an error on not allowing evidence/facts/testimony in that would allow an appellate court to say that decision was prejudicial or in violation of due process/constitutional rights/etc... for good reason by the way. but when it is a bench trial, the judge has no jury to protect so they can put it all towards weight and take that arrow out of any appellant's quiver. that's why things like dauberting experts is a more tedious process in a jury trial than a bench trial. letting trump run a clown show pointlessly to the trier of fact (the judge) who clearly sees what a piece of shit he is actually undermines trump's ability to try and undo any of it through the appellate process. they completely fucked themselves on their outcome in this trial and one of its potential appellate paths so he could have a pointless tantrum. him getting his way is insanely frustrating when the piece of shit should have been shot to mars by now but in this case, there's a bit of napoleon at play here...giving him the rope to hang himself.
  3. You do realize Pete is older than Saban, right? Both of them are done in the same year. I could see Pete going to TV, not sure about Saban. maybe, but pete has the energy and demeanor of a younger man. plus, it was tongue-in-cheek.
  4. if it were me, i'd go after lanning from oregon or see if ol' pete carroll still has the energy/juice. lol, pete carroll in tuscafuckingloosa redneck capital of the world after 20 years in l.a. and seattle is kind of a hilarious idea. anyway, @4th&Five said something funny and profound to me today...mack brown outlasted nick.
  5. i finally watched this last week. i liked it a lot more than i expected to which surprised me.
  6. it's not. people lie about the weirdest shit on here. it's perplexing as to what they think it projects about them.
  7. i am trying to imagine how one can genuinely believe this insufferable effort at projecting superiority of taste can possibly be effective enough on this board in particular that it is worth it for them to put the level of effort necessary to register an account and post a bunch of 14 year old styled projection (bonus mention for using drugs, so edgy!) on this thread. it's so pathetic and puerile that i genuinely can not. people try so hard.
  8. unfortunately, no. but that's my own fault for not practicing more.
  9. he did not have the front of his jersey. his arm slid right across the front. the official was full of shit and stammered through that because he knew it was a horrible call.
  10. as bad as those were...i think the single most important one was the phantom holding call ON washington's right tackle in which he absolutely did not hold...the michigan de just fell down. and it happened on the one play penix and number 1 had that was reminiscent of last week's game in which penix dropped one in the bucket over 1's shoulder for a 35 yard pass. 45 yard swing at a critical moment in the game. game over. that said, i am still super pissed about the non-call unsportsmanlike late hit on ryan watts that washington got away with in a critical moment against us so fuck em.
  11. my biggest problem with the whole "michigan adversity" theme that seems to be wholly fabricated based on a bunch of bullshit is that they truly had the most chickenshit schedule this season. they did not play a single team that was even in the top 50 until november. going in to ohio state, they played: east carolina (2-10) unlv (9-5) bowling green (7-6) rutgers (7-6) nebraska (5-7) minnesota (6-7) indiana (3-9) michigan state (4-8) purdue (4-8) penn state (10-3) maryland (8-5) that is an absurdly easy schedule against some really fucking shitty teams. those teams are beyond terrible. the overall record of their opponents (including penn state) was 65-74. the value of not having to play a single second half can not be overstated. fucking adversity. give me a fucking break.
  12. They really do look like they blew their wad last week in the worst way. But we also knew that Washington’s rush defense is dogshit. Just frustrating that we did not exploit it. And when we did, our two freshmen fumbled twice.
  13. i can almost guarantee you that if you go back and watch, almost all of those mental notes you made in the first half were ball spots by the linesman on our sideline.
  14. i edited above but i mis-stated. should have been 1st and 20 if a block in the back. i really don't attribute malice here when incompetence will suffice. the notion that big 10 officials would consciously or subconsciously favor washington seems like a stretch to me. with the exception of the line judge on our sideline...he was really bothering me all night as he seemed especially bad at his job. being big 10 refs, that game had to feel like it was in fast forward the whole time and they were likely struggling to keep up. but the conversation as you have played it out has to be something close to it...there really isn't another plausible explanation. and if that is right, then they are too fucking stupid to keep their jobs.
  15. it should have either been 1st and 20 (for illegal block in the back) or it should have been 2nd and 27 (dead ball unnecessary roughness/unsportsmanlike) after the play resulted in a two yard loss.
  16. clearly rex/porterhouse/whatever the fuck else. no one else is a big enough douche to work so fucking hard at projecting such a pathetic caricature. this is very well put.
  17. this is dead on. that was what kind of blew my mind as well. i really wanted to be the 4 instead of the 3 because i figured washington was our worst matchup given how bad our pass defense has been outside the numbers all year. but as fucked up as it sounds to say when you just gave up the fourth most yards in cfp history, our pass defense wasn't horrible last night. they did not get toasted and there weren't many wide open plays that we gave up so many times this year. we forced the washington wrs to make plays and they just did. they played out of their minds. and penix was unbelievably accurate. that isn't to say that our dbs played a great game or anything, but it wasn't what i expected. we had decent to good coverage on a substantial number of their big plays. they just made the plays. and given how ineffective our pass rush was on top of it, they hung in there okay. game was frustrating. turnovers and penalties really got us. quinn being having jittery feet and terrible release point in the first half. sark with some seriously bad playcalling in the last four. and washington's skill guys just making freaking plays. frustrating. also, i am so sick of 6th year qbs.
  18. what a fucking worthless tub of absolute shit.
  19. The ref on our sideline was fucking blind and not capable of properly spotting a ball correctly. However, there was not a single penalty that Texas got that I disagreed with. They were all pretty obvious. That said, on Washington’s last scoring drive for the FG, on first down, after losing two yards, they picked up a flag on what should have been a late hit unsportsmanlike for absolutely no fucking reason whatsoever. The guy absolutely decked Watts from behind after the play was over. It should have been 2nd and 27 up by 6. That was an absolute fuckjob and I’d really like to know what their justification for picking that flag up was.
  20. Ooof. Guess we aren’t going to champions league after all.
  21. fuck ou. die in a fire you fucks.
  22. The FBI should be required to investigate that offensive pass interference call.
