  13. I heard he was once nice to a fan that didn't know who he was, but that's all I've got
  14. I think this is the exact effect it has. I remember reading about this a while back - people don't feel the need to get super boozed up before the game because they know they'll have access to it, so they in turn drink less on average. It's a win win for the schools.

  16. Plus it's just better for enjoying the fair in general. Much harder to do stuff when you get out of the stadium at 6:30 as opposed to 3.
